We chose this Fairfield because it is close to MD Anderson and my mom had an early appointment. The man at the desk was very nice and very kindly waived the parking fee since we were there for medical reasons. The whole place was clean and very well kept. The room was nice, clean and very comfortable.

Monica was amazing! My husband is an amputee and she showed us 2 rooms and asked us which would work best for his needs. I loved that! She took the time to show care and concern. The room was so comfortable and welcoming. The bed was so nice to sleep in. Loved everything about this stay!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I enjoyed the big bathroom and tub. The hotel was just about 8 minutes from my medical treatment facility.
The “grab & go” breakfast was of no use to me. I also thought that charging me a separate parking fee (that should have been included in the room rental) was petty. I also need up with 2 $4.95 charges for wifi. I guess I shouldn’t have used both my iPhone and iPad to access the wifi.

I like that it was right off the interstate and right next to a Walmart but you would never know it because the trees around the property make it feel secluded. It feels safer because unless you’re specifically looking for it, you would never know it’s there. That is very comforting for two women from out of town traveling alone.
There was a strange smell on the third floor getting off the elevator, but luckily not in our room.

It was in a very accessible area with everything you need within a few miles. You have viewing options on the television that you can bring from home without having to use a phone or tablet but the screens are only 27 inches, but better than your phone.
Breakfast was light but I believe is was due to the rise in covid19 cases im the county. It was a bit noisy being right next to a busy Interstate.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk was so nice and welcoming. The next evening, when we returned to the hotel, she was there, and she greeted us by our last name. Very friendly young lady wish I knew her name. The facility was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I called the front desk to figure out something about my reservation. The person who took my call was kind of rude, didn’t even bother to ask my details.. As soon as I said “booking.com” I just got “automated” replies. I didn’t like that

The shower was COLD, I asked for handicapped room if it was it was like no other handicapped room I’ve ever stayed in! for 4 people the room didn’t have adequate towels!
