Super pet friendly!! There’s plenty of space to walk your pets and they even provide poop bags if you need them. The price was cheap, which is always a plus. The room, lot, pool area, and front lobby was clean. I saw reports from other guest that there are roaches. If there was any, I didn’t see any at all.

It is right next to busy interstate, so it’s going to be loud. I was pretty much in the front but couldn’t really hear too much noise from the room. I had a joining room with another family the first night. My room smelt like weed from a loud neighbor. She left the next day, so it wasn’t bad after that.

The staff is really friendly.

The room is clean and the carpet is vacum daily, anyway it seems that the carpet hasn't been washed in a while because my kids where without shoes in our room and their socks ended black as if they have been walking in the street without shoes. As a eco suggestion, instead of using foam plates for breakfast, change them to cardboard plates (more ecofriendly material)

Great location to where I wanted to visit, quite and clean. Easy to get to and had a store & restaurant next door!!!! Hats Off to Ms. Jasmine( at front desk) she was Very Polite/ Professional had a Smile that lite up the room made me feel Welcomed!!!!!

The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked very inviting. Check-in was fairly quick and it was accurate: no surprises!

There was really no breakfast despite the claim of it (a hot one at that!) on the booking site. I know that Covid has had an impact on operations, but why can't the property description reflect the truth? Prices get changed by the hour, but misrepresentation continues unabated on hotel listings. In this price range, the provision of breakfast is a material factor in selecting the highest value property, and it verges on fraud to claim this for a year or more and keep blaming Covid.

Our stay and experience was great! The staff was very friendly the beds were very comfortable and our room was very cleaned and smelled fresh!

Besides the dim lighting in our room I honestly don't have any complaints I would recommend!

Convient to places. Restaurants and the mall. We get to eat at the restaurants we were wanting to go when we grt here.

Found a live roach crawling on the dresser and onto the phone. Have to kill it ! Worry about there's more in the room !

Staff location Thr beds were comfortable and clean.

They are redoing the parking lot so there is only one way in and one way out. It was inconvenient forcheck in and parking. We had neighbors that were on the sidewalk all hours of the day. Didnt have change for the guest laundry

There were dogs in the room next door... They barked at all hours of the night.
