Hyatt House The Woodlands-Shenandoah

I love this hotel. Super clean hotel, beds comfortable, staff wonderful and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be back. I brought my mother here for a get away and we had an amazing time. This place is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely drive 4 hrs again to come back. This is my place away from home. I would like to give a five star on the cleanness and the great customer service we received. . Thank you guys again for great service. Keep it it.

I loved everything about my stay here! My FAVORITE U.S. hotel stay. No complaints. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bagels, potatoes, bread, cereal, etc. It's located by a quiet plaza full of options. The location is a two minute walk to Dave and Busters and about 4-6 minute walk to a Daiso, a movie theater and other restaurants. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I stayed to work after checking out and they brought me complementary water. So kind!

Honestly, everything was great. I didn't previously know about the $50 hold for incidentals but I probably just didn't read that somewhere and I knew I was getting it back, so no worries. If the goal of your stay is Houston though, definitely rent a car.

Room was really nice (king bed suite) and while a little small it felt quite roomy. The room would be a little crowded if you tried to fit a family of 4 in there but for a couple it is adequate. The hotel is also close to all the amenities of the woodlands but at a fraction of the cost of the hotels on the other side of I-45. There is a movie theater, Dave & Buster's and restaurants all within walking distance.

Breakfast wasn't bad but could use a little more variety such as a few waffle irons or pancake machine. Eggs were a little watery but overall the breakfast was decent. Hotel is also new so there are a few things that need attention suck as sticking doors on the room (I had to put a shoulder into the door to open it) and a leak by the elevator. I don't think this is a reflection of Hyatt but just a function of it being a new building.

The room was spacious and clean. Except the vent. The decor was very nice. Air conditioning was cold. Adequate parking.

The easy access to door by pool always open. No security. Lack of house keeping supplies. Room vents dirty and ceiling had dirt or mold by vent.

I've stated many hotels over my 57 years of life. This is one of the best most professional cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and for the price with breakfast for two people and the luxurious accommodations having a bedroom separate from the living room was a great idea. You guys need to keep up the great work okay I'll be staying only at that hotel when I come into town

There was nothing to dislike everything was perfect

It was the one thing that was a bummer as far as everything else being exceptional. It ironically prevent me from enjoying my stay to its fullest as far as getting to actually get some rest, i believe it was the ventilation system or maybe my room but every time the air kicked on or me being closer to the vent on the bed i couldn’t stop sneezing and ending up snotty and stuffy nosed. I noticed it was the AC after being in or by the bathroom or leaving to the lobby and I was all of a sudden able to breathe and not sound congested.

I loved how welcoming the staff was and so polite. I also loved the location and the room was so inviting. We were in walking distance of restaurants, movie theater, and shopping centers. We're definitely coming back. If the price is right! 😄

I didnt like the peek a boo space between the wall and the bathroom sliding door. We had our son with us and he almost caught an eyefull through that space. I really didn't like that.

We were stranded with our RV in Houston and booked a Studio Suite (66m2) which had a very comfortabel lay-out. We had to extend our stay several times and partly through the very friendly staff under supervision of the general manager Tim Gault, we had a very convenient stay. Would definitely book this hotel again!

This is our favorite hotel in the area for value and location, we love the venues in the neighborhood, its a very short drive to all the restaurants in the area, the staff was GREAT as usual

Well the A/C panel is WAY to bright for sleep and the red light for the alarms are distracting

Room was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Location was good but limited walkability.

It was nice that breakfast was offered but maybe offer less variety to be able to improve quality (on some items).
