Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vidor South, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was adequate and plentiful. I enjoyed it.

Some people on the 2nd floor took breakfast up to their room and spilled part of their breakfast on the carpet and didn't bother to clean it up. I reported it to Scott because I would like to keep the hotel nice and clean. Sometimes I wish that people would be much more respectful of the property, but the way they live probably isn't much better than the way they act at the hotel......sad.

I enjoyed our stay very much rooms was nice and pool was really nice for family . The front desk was really pleasant with our big family coming in from all over. . I definitely would stay again to visit family that is in Vidor , Orange and Beamount. Thank u for your hospitality.

Only thing I feel was not good was Monday morning breakfast got shut down early. They turned the lights off in dinning area when we was still in there . We had a lot of family down in many rooms . And alot of us didn't get coffee or get to get our breakfast. No sugar. Lady was kinda rude to some of them

Convenience of location was the biggest factor for us. Room was clean and the bed comfortable and check in was a breeze

The noise coming from I10 which is right next to the hotel so you will hear it but I knew that ahead of time. So do your research and look on maps for where this location sits so you don’t leave a negative for the hotel because of that.

Everything was great, the breakfast was fresh, delicious and a nice variety. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean.

Ememency toiletries we not available...I asked for a toothbrush because I forgot mine and none were available... was asked not to take the luggage cart upstairs unless I brought it back which is understandable but rude in the manner which it was said...just ended up hauling my luggage by myself

Booked an accessible room. 1 bar in tub shower does not equal an accessible room. No grab bars by toilet either..

Location and the staff were great. Staying somewhere and being comfortable is very important when going through tough times because of a Disaster (Hurricane Ida)

Great place to stay very comfortable beds and atmosphere. The staff was nice and took care of you. The breakfast was nice had a good verity of choices. Would stay again no complaints from me and would recommend.

Nice hotel , centrally located . Clean very nice rooms , staff very nice, good breakfast warm pancakes ,eggs & biscuits & gravy . We had a funeral to attend ,let us do late check out . Very nice Hotel would recommend to anyone.
