front desk lady was very nice, she was helpful when we couldn’t find the tv remote and sent one up. beds we’re comfortable!

the rooms were nice, we found a few things of garbage that was left, the heater wouldn’t work so our room was very cold. luckily the adjoining room heater worked well and we left the door open so the heat would come in. we were in town for a Family viewing and funeral, my elderly mom and grandma were in one room and 3 of us in the other. Thursday morning at 8 am we had persistent knocking on each of our doors with housekeeping asking us what time we we’re checking out. I’ve never had that happen before and it was a bit inconvenient as we were trying to rest before we had another super emotional day. if check out is at noon, I don’t think we should be bothered at 8 am with knocking and wondering when we are leaving.

The location and nice and clean and friendly and the pool my kids enjoyed!

Alex is not customer service wise needs more training into having better personality wise on the front desk especially with guest and if they see there's more guests that are with the party that doesn't mean that they are staying and you don't have to ask the guest or inform them how many people can stay in a room and embarrass them in front of other guests that are behind them trying to check in... I checked in and it was just me and my husband and my two other children that were staying with us my other children stay in the area but they came to come and spend Father's Day with their dad... So before making your assumptions listen observe pay attention to details... Also remember your property is mainly for families and long terms or short terms...

Everything else was fantastic. Staff very friendly, even gave me directions to nearest bank ATM. Extremely clean. Pool and spa clean, could smell the clean. Quite and family friendly. Like the no smoking policy. Beautiful grounds. Close to everything we came to do.

My side of the mattress was a little worn down. I think people tend to sleep on that side more so there was a slight unevenness. Not many vegan options for breakfast. No real non-dairy creamer. Non-dairy creamer has milk in the ingredients!!??

Easy to get to, just off of I-15, had a room away from the interstate so very quiet. Room was nice with extra pillows and bedding for the sleeper sofa. Breakfast pretty basic, but hot, with scrambled eggs and sausage links, prepackaged pastries, yogurt, and some fruit. Got in late so not sure about dining options nearby. Felt it was a great place for the price, and will probably stay here again.

Breakfast could have had a few more choices, such as toast or bagels, cream cheeses, and some salsa. Maybe the lack of variety was due to pandemic precautions, I’m not sure.

The location is excellent, with a Water Park, Movie Theater and Bowling Alley/Game Center all in the parking lot there was plenty to do without having to leave the hotel. The front desk staff was great.

Breakfast was fine, but they only offered waffles on the weekend, which was disappointing. I also though the cost was a little high.

it was a great location, it was perfectly between our audit and the airport. It had great access to restaurants, and a beautiful view.

The Shower head in my room (210) was awful, water didn’t come out of most of the jets.

Very convenient place to stay, it’s easier to get a place to have all things you need, food, groceries, clothes, the location is very excellent!!!

Breakfast can have a better effective info and organized flow to follow up.

The hotel was conveniently located to interstate 15, and was aesthetically pleasing. Our king bed was very comfortable and the room was well laid out and had plenty of space. It was quiet and We never heard our neighbors. Our tv internet was down so we called the front desk. They sent someone up right away who fixed it. We will definitely stay here again.

breakfast was good needed more seating options for packed weekends. Had to use a coffee table with handicap son and two small children not ideal but we adapted the best we could. we did try two different time frames as well to see if there was less crowd.
