Ramada by Wyndham Draper

Extension of our new sights. Husband became ill so we took him to clinic and they sent him to hospital. Had a place to stay close so all worked out fine.

The Staff were all very helpful and nice to deal with. They also served a great breakfast unlike the Quality Inn on 7200 So. 300 W. which advertises they do, but they really don't. So for the value it was great. There are also no drugies walking around the building like the Quality Inn has. It was a very safe place to stay. I fully recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like were the hallway carpets and walls. They could update the carpet and paint the walls and it would be nice.

Breakfast seemed small and cheap. No meats or fruits. Check in went well. I still haven't gotta a confirmation on my deposit being returned. Not surprised. Overall it was queit except the room he stayed in with her days before, and that she was still there when he brought me. Ops getting lazy and complaixent.... that could cost u guests

I just had some yogurt. My husband brought it back to the room for me because I was sleeping. It was our wedding anniversary so we had planned to go out for breakfast so I didn't even see the breakfast display. Husband enjoyed it.

I had asked for a handicapped room for my husband but they had given it to someone else that needed it more than we did. That was fine. I think our room was next to the cleaning supplies room so it got a little noisy in the morning. (Not bad over all, just noticeable.) It is an older hotel but seems to be well maintained.

Breakfast was adequate and perfect for what I needed. Location was easy--right behind the lobby on the first floor.

They don't clean the room every day--they said only every other day. Also, the hair dryer didn't work and I had to repeatedly ask for another one until they finally gave me a hand-held one late in my second day there.

The staff has been very kind.

I don't like that they start vacuuming at 9:00 in the morning when check out is at 12:00. All morning long you hear tap tap tap tap tap on the doors from management. Sometimes trying to get something off the cart from housekeeping could be a joke like toilet paper you didn't think that would be a problem but it is. They brought new beds in and they were worse than the ones that they took out. The frame in the bed sits on you constantly kick with your feet you didn't do that with the older frame. Very annoying to kick the frame constantly, constantly. If you want to climb into these beds you need your own step stool.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my time since staying here for the past couple of months, the Manager Danny, he's gone out of his way to always help us in getting a room even when they're sold out it's like he's a magician and makes the impossible somehow possible. And the maids are all so sweet and helpful I couldn't ask for a better little family then the one we've found here at the Ramada.

The Soda machine is out of order.. Life happens I guess not everything could be as perfect as this hotel is for the price!!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff

This is more of a suggestion. Don't water the grass at 11am, your guests get wet, when trying to load their cars at check out Also, watering in the heat of the day, wastes water, due to evaporation, especially when in a drought. Better to water in the evening or at night, more often, and for shorter lengths of time. You had a lot of run off due to the length of time you were watering, this was wasting a lot of water.🙂

Price for money good. Breakfast included... Lot's of space in room including coffee machine and fridge.

Washing machine was broke, couldn't make laundry. Location is a bit far in south of SLC Windows can't be open...
