Quality Inn Draper

When we got to the quality room it was early in the morning and we needed to get ready for a wedding. Our room was not ready yet. So I asked if they had a shower I could use. They said they did. They provided me with towels shampoo and conditioner. Then they said our room was ready. It was only 11:00 in the morning. I was very great full that we were able to get ready for our wedding. I can not remember the staff members name. It was a lady. She not only helped us but I heard her helping other people as well. She made the stay so good.

Glad you had a microwave. You could use real meat.

The check in attendee seemed very detached. No iContact. No greeting. Just business. Lots of running up and down the halls by young people after bedtime. Doors slamming actually bounced my head off the wall when reclining against the wall while in bed. I asked through the booking agency that we be on the main floor for the sake of my wife’s knee. I have an email that said that my request was granted. When I arrived they said that they did not give those requests. We were on the second floor.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly. We needed to do some laundry and they were super informative as to where the machine's were located and to get us soap. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but everything was clean and convenient. we will be back this summer for Cowabunga bay which is in within walking distance from the hotel and black bear is right next door as well

The breakfast was very good. The staff was professional, especially Jenny, she is a very hard worker, and does many jobs. It seemed like Jenny ran the place by her self,with a smile. I like the coffee availability. The pool and jacuzzi was great.

I can’t think of anything that would be better, except Jenny might need some help. Although she took care of business solo. Hats off to her.

The young man who checked me in was very nice, because it was so late, he pointed out that I had booked the room for the next night :(, but stated he did have an available room, but it would be $10 more, by this time I was so tired after a very bad experience at the Motel 6 in Lehi, I just wanted to get to my room, shower and go to bed. He was kind enough to switch my reservation and get my room booked quickly. Because of it being so hot (Summer) it was wonderful to walk into a room that was air conditioned and cool.

The bathroom sink counter top hadn't been cleaned/wiped down and the light switch and surrounding wall in the bathroom had something smeared on it, I used a wash cloth from the room to clean the countertop and the light switch cover and wall, this was pretty disgusting!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and space to move around. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast offered a variety of foods, hot and cold. Great place to stay, will definitely come back!!

The room was comfortable, and the hotel was within 2 minutes of where I needed to be each day. It is also located close to many attractions and shopping.

I realize COVID is an issue. However, the soggy Jimmy Dean sandwiches every morning got a little old. Maybe a bagel or something different each day would help.

I loved this place! I wish I had a bathroom stole like the one in our room stayed in. These rooms were very clean and very nice! The bathroom in our room has been updated and very nice!! I’ve stayed at the most top level hotels and this place compares to one I stayed in most Recently.

Great location and helpful desk staff

Bathroom had long black hair in the shower and sink, like more than you would lose just walking by... So I question how well it was cleaned.
