The room was clean and large. It had a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini-fridge(which is a must for the meds). The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Quiet room because it was away from the main road. The shower was great. Check-in was easy and she was informative. Happy about our stay!

Parking was away from the room instead of in front of room. (Which made the room quiet because it was away from the main road (this is good). Still easier than walking to your car if at a larger Hotel. (Which is also good by me.)) The toilet was unstable. The bed we slept in was a little softer than I like.

We stayed here last summer when we went to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights. It is only 30 minute drive to the park. This time we stayed two nights. The owner is friendly and the price is so much better than nearer the park. Room was clean and we were comfortable. The price is great too! The town is wonderful. There is a great store called Smokin Hot Antiques. A must store to go into. Amazing Indian jewelry and the owner is so nice. This will be our go to motel when in this area.

Met our needs can't think of a thing.

We stayed an extra night and the manager/owner had us move to a different room to accommodate some guests that regularly stay in that room for their work travel. Since I am a retired pipe fitter and have traveled extensively for work, I can appreciate him looking out for his regulars that stay with him frequently, especially as it really did not put us out at all. The only issue I saw was that in the first room, the arrangement in the bathroom was kind of funky, as the toilet was located directly behind the door to the left, and when I went to use it during the night while it was very dark, I did not see the partition wall for the shower and toilet and walked right into it! Needless to say, that removed the sleepiness tout de suite, and left me with a bump on my forehead (of which I have plenty). My wife and I laughed about it in the morning. I would definitely recommend this motel for anyone travelling through by motorcycle as we were. There is a campground (Henrie's) right across the street with a laundry you can use, and some nice restaurants within walking distance, we recommend Cowboys Smokehouse, great food and service, reasonable prices, and also the Desert Grill, for the same reasons. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel especially for the price

I booked 2 queen room for 7 extra dollars on booking but was given a 1 king room checking in and had to go back to correct. The person at the desk commented he thought there were just two of us since he didn't see my kid. He seemed cognizant that he put us in a king on purpose but didn't charge us differently. It felt slight handed since kings cost less and I was charged for double queen regardless. I had to go back and ask for the correct room.

The room was what I expected after looking at the online photos. It was completely adequate. The beds were very comfortable and the linens fresh. Bathroom was clean and stocked with everything we needed, and the plumbing was good. The AC worked well. TV was great. Tiny microwave and fridge did what they were supposed to do. It's an older budget motel in a small town and I have no complaints.

For some reason we were given a key to a room that was already occupied! But we were given another room immediately, and from what I saw on the quick glance at the first room, ours was nicer! It was only about 10 feet from the main street, but the hum of the AC drowned out the traffic noise just fine.

Honestly, we loved this place. We were looking for a budget option close to Bryce and this did the job. The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big as well and had a bathtub. They provided plenty of towels, shampoo etc. The room also had a microwave and mini-fridge. It got really cold during the night but the heater worked just fine. The guy in the reception was really nice. Check out is very easy, as you just drop off the keys in a mailbox outside the reception. Parking was comfortable as well and there are plenty of motels and restaurants and grocery stores around the area. Really great value for money

Honestly, nothing to complain about. This was only 65 dollars per night for a room with 2 queen beds. We definitely got our money's worth. Just be aware that it's about a 30 minutes drive from Bryce

This is a basic, no-frills motel. It is an economical motel, and if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to rest and sleep after driving all day this works very well. It was very clean, had a very comfortable bed, table and chair, small fridge and a coffee pot. We were watching our budget and this worked very well for us. Clean, friendly, comfortable and at a good price point!

Placement of hanging rack for jackets or clothes was in a bad spot when getting out of bed at night to use the bathroom. (It would be easy to hit your head on this rack at night.)

The room was spacious and clean. Parking was right in front of the room. Front desk supported a late check in. They had plenty of towels, soap and shampoo.

They could change the locks to be more user friendly. The locks are not the typical motel/hotel locks. My lock got stuck, I couldn't get out and I had to call for help. The help did arrive quickly. But it was a bit scary.

Wow, I had low expectations due to the price and the location (about 12 miles from Bryce Canyon). But it far exceeded my expectations! The front desk person (Raj?) was so friendly and helpful. For some reason my CC was denied by Booking.com but he was able to reinstate the reservation and get me a room! BTW, I used the same card as Booking.com had on file. The room was really cleaned and even smelled a little like disinfectant which was what I had hoped for. My room had a bedroom with 2 full size beds and it's own bathroom. The front area held a Queen size bed, a TV, a fridge and a microwave. Obviously they are in the middle of upgrading. The tile around the tub was really beautiful and it seemed to have new-ish carpet in the main areas. The bed I slept on was really comfortable! There are restaurants within walking distance and you have to try C-Stop pizza! They deliver

The heater in the bedroom was pretty loud. The heating in the main area was really quiet. The linens were kind of worn but they were clean.
