Best Western PLUS Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel

Location close to the park. Plenty of parking. Nice pool and jacuzzi Clean spacious room and bathroom Nice lobby with free coffee

The entry door to the pool was broken which meant that other guests inside the pool area had to get up to open the gate. Check in time is 4pm. Very late in my opinion. The lady at check in could not process a smile at all. Didnt feel welcomed. The pillows on the bed are way too small. Half the size of a normal pillow. Is this the new fashion? The pillows in the Ruby Inn across the street were half the size too. The lobby had free coffee but no hot water. Tea drinkers just missed out.

Good location to explore Bryce National park. We arrived too late to explore local restaurants and shops but it seemed to be plenty on the local. Rooms were spacious and with all the facilities. Breakfast was ok and at a good offer for the expected level.

the swimming pool is far from the pictures. that was a disappointment for the kids as this was the 1st swimming pool place after a week on the road! Also it would be nice to have reusable plates, cups, cutlery at breakfast.

Breakfast was tasty, staff overall was amazing. Check in and Check out a breeze. Quiet room (other than the fridge) and location of hotel was fantastic. I would stay at this location again in the near future.

Fridge in room too noisy. Bathroom sink light bulb out. Unable to purchase any movies and subjected to hours of commercials to watch anything on tv....not good when after 5pm the weather was very cold in late October and nothing to do in the hotel with your children, except to go to bed early, read, or play cards/games if you bought/brought them. Trying to find a table to eat breakfast in the morning was difficult each morning but we managed. Don't let these little things I bring up stop you from staying here. Just thought I would mention them here so that management will look into changing a few little things to make it even a better stay.

We really liked the large, spacious rooms. Rooms were pretty clean. Breakfast spread had many options which was appreciated. Staff was helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Lobby was warm and beautiful. Double vanity much appreciated. Large bathrooms

We had a burned out light bulb in our room. Also one of the sinks had a leak that left out bathroom floors wet. We didn't report as only there for 2 nights. I suspect the hotel staff would have tried to fix this.

Our staying at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is minutes away by driving from Bryce Canyon National Park entry and accessible by walking to all major facilities in town. Besides, the hotel is very clean.

In general we liked our experience at the hotel. Perhaps there could be an inside restaurant rather than having to look for a restaurant outside, but nothing that significantly impacted our evening at the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the room was nicer than the pictures conveyed, and really comfortable. Our experiences at other national parks were that you paid a lot for poor quality rooms, and whilst we still paid a lot, we were happy with the room, its proximity to the park and the great breakfast that was included.

No complaints about the hotel itself. We were a little caught out by how early everything closed in Bryce and the limited dinner options available. We found this to be common in other national park areas too.

Great breakfast buffet food wise but for all their COVID precautions the folks wiping the tables were using dirty rags again and again with no real "sanitization". Made me laugh that they handed out a glove to handle the food while serving yourself but not really cleaning the tables

Staff refused to check in at 15h00 as "rooms were not cleaned yet", although it did not sound convincing at all we had to come back later. Around 17h00 there was a big queue which made everybody lose a lot of time. Next morning (around 10h00) e saw that most of the rooms were already cleaned and ready for the next guest.

Good place to stay - a short drive from Bryce Canyon National Park, so it was easy to get there early before it got too crowded. Parking easy. Comfortable and clean and good breakfast selection in the morning.

There is no restaurant onsite so you have to cross over the road (the staff recommended I drive across the road rather than walk). That's not a big problem but worth knowing in advance if you stay here. My room overlooked the outdoor swimming pool / hot tub. It is closed later at night (maybe from 9pm?), but it meant that I could hear the people in there until then, and they were talking loudly. Most rooms probably won't have that issue.

This was a great hotel to stay in while visiting Bryce Canyon …the hotel itself is run very efficiently and professionally….everything was done with precision from checkin to breakfast to checkout…staff was very friendly ..the hotel itself is a warm environment with fireplace, and the breakfast is extremely good and well thought out. latex gloves are provided and the breakfast staff is constantly making sure that everything runs very smoothly…I have never seen anything quite like it and I travel a lot. Very pleased with this stay (2 nights). Very close to the entrance of Bryce.
