The room we had was fine, our expectations were met. It was clean and had everything you need to stay for a night our two. The location was good, some 10 minutes away from the entry of Bryce Canyon National Park.

Breakfast was not great. Toast and jam, koffee, mini muffins. Everything was in plastic containers, so even for a small breakfast you'd produce a whole pile of plastic waste. Nonetheless, with some creativity we were able to make the breakfast into a nice start of the day.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful in suggesting a great place to eat. Staff also suggested the most economical place to buy gas. They were also accommodating in letting us park our popup trailer in the parking area.

When we came to check in we were told our room was almost done, so we said we would wait. We saw the cleaning staff come out after finishing our room but could not get our key from the office. They had posted office hours as being closed between 11:00 and 3:00 pm so we were a bit upset that we had been waiting for the room only to find out that they had left without letting us know. Fortunately, the cleaning staff had left the door ajar so we dropped off our belongings and left to join a tour we had booked. If that was the arrangement , we should have been advised, and if not they could have mentioned they were leaving as we waited in the parking lot.

Even though we were very late to check in and the lobby was closed they had a way to let us into the room. All the promised amenities were in the room and everything was very clean. Also the room was huge.

The fridge had no freezer and the breakfast was a bit lacking but enjoyable.

The location is amazing! It's right next to Bryce canyon and around 2 hours away from Zion national park. The view was also stunning. The workers are beyond nice - we came after the check in hours and they got everything ready for us.

The only thing which was kind of sad is that breakfast closed early. We came before 10 am and everything was already put away.

nice location and affordable stay to visit bryce canyon! bbq restaurant next door is great for dinner

room was close to the road and car noises could be very loud. breakfast was decent but it was pretty much all carbs, no meat options or even any eggs at all which would have been nice before a day of hiking :(

Good place for staying near Bryce Canyon. Spacious Romm with all you need.

Staff at breakfast seemed unmotivated. No Hi or good morning, nothing. Unpolite. AC in room very weak while outside temp between 100 and 110.

Excellent location for Bryce Canyon National Park. Close to services/places to eat as well as to an excellency coffee shop. The bed was very comfortable. .The breakfast was simple but adequate and the pancake machine was fun.

The bedside light was awkwardly placed in relation to the bed.

The location was perfect, close to Bryce Canyon and an easy walk to several restaurants

The breakfast was about the only negative we had. The selection was just a little sparse fir our liking

-Clean -wonderful comfy bed -spacious king room -good location to visit Bryce Canyon because Panguitch is a good bit further away -still put out some easy to-go breakfast items during COVID

Two out of the three receptionists I saw were completely lifeless; but one was very good. No staff wore masks. In fact, no one in the town did, and looked at us strangely when we wore ours. Our microwave didn’t work, but they readily offered to bring another. It’s a tiny tourist trap town with terrible gas and grocery prices. So bring what you need with you if you want to save some money. The hotel itself was good, clean, and well located.

Good location, close to Bryce Canyon NP. Comfortable room.

Breakfast selection was very limited. Water pressure in the shower could use some work. Tap in sink needed handle tightened.
