The inflated price I was charged by booking through booking.com online. I won’t use a third part again to make a reservation. Booking . Com was deceiving. I booked a pet friendly room On top of the inflated price I learned the pet fee had not been included in that inflated booking. Com price I will be making reservation directly with hotel from here on out

Bookin.com misrepresented the property. I plan to deny the charge in my credit card because of the misrepresentation.. There was no hottub I booked the room for the hottub.

Booking.com misrepresented the room. I booked a room with a hot tub at a higher price, and there was no hot tub. Hotel claims they never have had rooms with hot tubs. But the hotel did say they have had this trouble before, so they know about it and should try to fix the problem.

I loved the staff they were friendly, helpful beyond the usual! They gave great advice on where to eat, good place to get my nails done. They were great at keeping the rooms clean. The housekeeping ladies were so sweet, they gave me a couple extra duckies for my daughter to play with. Beds are so comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, the pullout sofa bed was comfortable. The guest laundry was $2.25 for a big load of laundry. The dryer was $.75 every cycle it took 3 cycles to dry.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this place other than the driveway. It’s got a big dip go out at an angle in if you have a low car and you’ll be fine. Could use a better guest laundry dryer but $.75 a load that had to be dried 4 times. Hangers in all the closes would be a good touch.
