Super 8 by Wyndham Richlands/Claypool Hill Area

Continental breakfast had a good variety of packaged items, juice, and hot beverages. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very polite and friendly.

My only complaint is the room location, which is right beside the lobby, under the stairs, and near the ice machine. Very loud, woke up several times because of the noise. Room should be turned into a storage room. Avoid this room if you’re a little sleeper!!

They were very friendly and helpful 🙂 the place was very clean they even accepted my service dog 🐕‍🦺 i got to get breakfast every morning we were greated with a smile 😃 and a friendly hello I would be glad to recommend the Super8 to my family n friends I'll be visiting my family n the near future and I will be booking my stay at the Super 8 again keep up the great work Super 8 we had a very peaceful time and well rested time lookforward to our next trip xxx Sincerely Sherry Payne

The facility was clean and well kept. The breakfast was not much, but would suffice. We anted a little moreso, we decided to go out and get a hot breakfast instead.

I would have liked a better breakfast. A pool is also very nice but since we were not traveling with kids it all worked out. The only otehr thing was the noise from the roadway, since we live out in the counrty, we were not accustomed to that.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past. It is an excellent value quality room, and the staff is above and beyond the most friendliest people I have encountered.

I don’t think there’s anything I can say that I did not like about this property everything was so convenient and again the staff are so friendly

Marie at the front desk was such a sweet, wonderful front desk person. She was really helpful and always willing to do whatever was needed to help and satisfy all guests. The room was very clean and very tidy. Will stay there again for any future trips. Food was good and coffee too.

Location and value.. Clean I had a double room and the beds were Hard..but I used the extra pillows.. Best hotel in the area compared to the others. Staff was friendly

Very clean room, mini fridge/freezer combo was perfect! Staff was great. Good location.

When people walked up/down stairs we could feel it while laying in the bed.

I'm just used to a softer mattress We had a double room bed My daughter had a softer mattress on hers 😆I should have got that bed first..

Everything was pretty great with the exception of the surprise charge for the hot tub which was supposed to be refunded after they checked the tub to confirm no damage and it wasn’t

It was located close to the Channels, which is why we came out. It was comfortable and nice. It also allowed dogs, which allowed us to be able to bring ours dogs.

The bathroom fan didn't work in our room, so it was very steamy when taking showers. That was pretty much the only downside I saw.
