location and the staff was great!!!

First night we had a barking dog, but we complained to the front desk, and the issue was resolved. The small tv was terrible for the distance of the bed and tv and the couch. TV was out dated, so we were unable to connect to our Fubo TV channels like we are with other hotels. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a back ache every morning. Soap in the bathroom was empty. Thats something that should be checked when the cleaning is done. we also saw a few ants on the coffee table near the sofa.

The Staff was great. Great staff all of them , esp. the male manager . Nice friendly staff including the utilities guy. Very polite friendly. Good humans.

The facility was old. , old AC system bathroom 70’s style old , rooms nothing to please the eye. You need a nice renovation. Hilton needs to step up. The bathroom everything is old vanity , tub, toilet seat. Old old old. With world wide competition, sad to see this. Also the jacuzzi was down , not working. :( :(. Pls ease take my advice. I love the staff hate the facility won’t stay again until you remodel. AC was a joke. It was like motel 6 , old old old AC , it pumps out dry Andy air. I love my lunch’s I need my sinuses. Thanks all. Again thank you for the wonderful staff. 5 star stuff. Hotel one star.

clean, good breakfast choices, very comfortable beds, pool and especially having a hot tub… and pool/hot tub area immaculately clean and water was crystal clear indicating proper chemical balance, and water was a really nice temperature

pulling up to see fire engines with lights flashing…we weren’t sure if we would actually be able to check in or would need to scramble to make other arrangements!

Naresh the manager was Amazing. He was so calm and polite with a smile. He took care of any request we had. I added an extra night stay at midnight. When I came down later at 7 am to ask if we can stay in the same room, our keys were waiting on us. I asked about the old keys and he said bring it down whenever. The breakfast was pretty ok as well.

Kareesh, Paulina, David and Tom ~ all Wonderful. They really do go out of their way to accommodate me as best they can. We Love the King Suites [Studios]. I think this is the "just right" environment and amenities within a competitive rate. The beds are always more comfortable than one might expect. We often say 'no more nights'... and then end up adding a few 'just 'cuz!' :D

Some rooms have tended to be a little musty [depending on the system] when we walked in, and some of the tubs are a little narrow, with the awkward placement of built-in soap dishes, for an average-sized person to shower. HOWEVER ~ water pressure is amazing, and massage setting will peel the chrome off your car bumper!!

Breakfast was good, perfect for us. Location is 5 min from Segra Soccer Field to watch our Grandson play goalkeeper. This is the second time we used this facility Basically we just need a place to sleep before heading back home of 3 1/2 drive. Serves our purpose well.

Toilet seats were very low as well as all the furniture in the lobby. Felt like we were sitting on kid furniture sometimes.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Cable TV is to be desired. Too much time spent maneuvering through channels because menu function inoperable.

It was convenient and close to everything we need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The bed was super comfortable and clean.

Because of covid housekeeping was upon request. That worked very well and I think it should be an option for the future. We don't need daily service but it was available if needed

The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked.
