SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport

Good location near dulles. Hotel was priced right for the accommodations. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Elevators had a printed sign stating 5 people max (but inside it says 15 and 2500 pounds). The first night we got registered and got to the elevators and heard knocking from the elevator. There were 5 guys stuck inside. They had been inside for 5 to 10 minutes. Maintenance came and pushed the door open and it had stopped about 18 inches above the floor level. The guy got them out and did something and said it was fine to use. I'm not sure why it hadn't been repaired if they knew this was a problem. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The staff was great and very friendly. We had a problem with our first room and they helped us to move with a helpful and friendly attitude.

The air conditioning units were very loud. They are either very old or need to be serviced. Our first room was so loud that we switched rooms and our second room was less noisy, but got noisier as our stay went on. If you are visiting in the winter months you should have a great stay. The rooms were very comfortable otherwise and clean. The breakfast was good with a range of choices, but I wish that there was a more environmentally friendly way to serve it - other than so much single use plastic and styrofoam.

We were immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful guest services representative who took care of all our requests and made us feel at home. It was such a relief after a grueling transatlantic journey! She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We loved the room. It was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Options for food delivery was a life saver! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved being able to grab stuff and take it back to our room. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very kind and accommodating staff, nice to see the same faces through the years. The complimentary breakfast is not just a continental one and quite elaborate. The rooms are roomy and offer enough space and trestles so you don't have to put your suitcase on the bed. Excellent quality/price ratio. If you're traveling from Dulles, excellent location as well, saves you worrying about traffic.

everything was fine. breakfast was standard ( limited same as many other hotels in this area) , near Dulles airport with a shuttle service . large room, comfy beds. and good hotel facilities.

I had to pay extra charge (day use fees) to check-in early , despite the availability of the room and that I booked for one week long stay!

The room was designed very well with great space. Everything was compact and comfortable. Wet bar area was very nice. Shower head was perfect. Breakfast had good options and it was nice to have bags to go.

Upon checkin, the air conditioning was not working and they came up to fix it. By the next evening, it stopped working again and they came up again. This time, the engineer said, we have to move to another room. We were all settled in but moved the next morning with the staff's help. This was an inconvenience which could have been prevented on day 1. Also, we were billed for high speed internet and getting on to the wifi was easy with no password, so I'm not sure how we would have chosen high speed. The TV did not turn all the way to watch it from the sitting area.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel was quiet with generally good atmosphere. There is an indoor pool and breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and polite

Not enough info was given at the check in. For example, we didnt know that the room is cleaned only if you ask (covid reglations). We were informed on check out that the info was sent by email. Would be nice if they would have said it earlier.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it doesn't disappoint. We are a family so breakfast was a must in the hotel we are staying at. And our kids absolutely love all the choices they get. The rooms are very nice and comfertable and overall Family Friendly.

Kids running in the halls as well as them and their adults yelling down the hallway, but that has nothing to do with the hotel staff.

I liked the friendless and helpfulness of the front desk. I also liked that they offered hot breakfast every morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a family of 5

I did not like the lack of Housekeeping. I stayed for 5 days and the room was not cleaned once. There is no place to take out the trash and I have to go downstairs to pick up shampoos and towels everytime.
