Washington Dulles Airport Marriott

I thought hotel was very nice, clean and in good location. I will even say the staff was efficient, kind and helpful and boy did I get tricked. I booked an economical room n used a discount site so when the receptionist said she was upgrading my room..I felt elated till I got my room. Clean room..yes, better view...Oh no, I saw the dirt on a other wall...and the receptionist said I would a nicer view along with more space...NEVER Happen but I fell for it...

I didn't like that receptionist out n out lied about view n comfort. Her voice was so sweet, she was so generous n kind...I hated that I believe her.

Very close to airport, a frequent free shuttle though not inside the airport, which is different from what I thought. They were very accommodating when asked for two more people. I had booked a great rate for one person but all got the free breakfast which is ordered in the restaurant and fantastic. It's odd that tip is not included even if one stays below the minimum. So the free breakfast wasn't quite free. The fitness center has not much

Beds were comfy, staff were super nice and accommodating. location and shuttle service were excellent.

Not worth the price for concierge room. There was hardly anything at all in it for the hot selections between 5-7 and the same snacks were there 24/7 for 2 nights. Food not good at the Aviate Bar and Grille. Had room service and the cheeseburger was just bad.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and cool. Plenty of parking also.

The outdoor pool was closed, a big disappointment for my grand kids. But they did enjoy the indoor pool, so on balance not too bad. I understand that in the day of covid, most hotels no longer provide any room services (changing sheets, towels, etc) during the stay. But it would be nice if they would at least re-supply the in room coffee supplies. Also, there was no easy way to get information about the restaurant offerings and no map of the facility. Restaurant was very small.

Only a 4 min drive from airport. all the staff were amazing, especially the staff on the restaurant/bar. loved the little snack area to pick up cold drinks and snacks. super comfortable bed and pillows. very quiet hotel.

just an FYI - the shuttle from the airport can be confusing, make sure you get on the right Marriott shuttle. I think there were 4 different Marriott shuttles. but we only waited 10-15 mins. remember to tip the driver, they were both very helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located to the airport for our early flight the next day. Lamar, who checked us in, was very nice, and very helpful and arranged for a shuttle service to take us to the airport at 4am. Our room was a good size, with a good sized bed. The room was quiet, which we were grateful for. We ate in the bar/restaurant area, the man that served us there was very attentive and friendly - But not overbearing. We both had a turkey BLT with fries, and shared a dessert. The prices were less than we expected from an airport hotel, and the food was just right. The security guard who shuttled us in the morning was very very friendly. The shuttle was very convenient.

The rooms could do with a little freshen up, it looked a little bit dated. The room was quite warm, despite having the coolest temp on the thermostat. The restaurant area is oversold, in my opinion. I expected more of a restaurant, and less of a seating area in the lobby with a bar - Although, my experience in the restaurant was overall very good. The WIFI isn't complimentary, unless you're sat in the lobby/restaurant area.

very convenient with a shuttle to and from the airport. check in and out was easy. despite being close to the airport, it was very quiet. room was comfortable and shower was hot and had great water pressure. prefect for my needs between flights.

It was perfect for a stay close to the airport for an early flight. It was very clean, comfortable, and the shuttlebus was easy and quick. We had to take the earliest shuttle at 4.30 am but the hotel said they could arrange an even earlier shuttle (free of charge) if necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didnt have time for the pool but it looked nice from a distance.

We left before breakfast started but did eat dinner the night before. The food was excellent and the Service was fast and efficient by a friendly but not over friendly lady. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Sound proofing was good as we heard no one passing in the corridor. The beds were double size and the bedding was soft to the touch as were the towels.

Perhaps the ambience in ‘hidden spots’ …. Our room looked out on to a concrete area. Opening the curtains could have been more pleasurable but everything else was perfect!

Close to the airport, but had a metro that will get you anywhere. There's a bus just about at the door to take you to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. Restaurant served good food. Convenient shuttle to the terminal.

It's great if you need to be close to the airport. Otherwise there's not a lot around. We had an early flight so it was perfect for that.
