Most of the staff were very nice and friendly. Except morning kitchen staff.

Didn't like how the kitchen staff were not caring, compassionate to myself or children. I have 5 children ranging from 18-1. I understand assisting more then 1 child in that small kitchen area can be a bit overwhelming on a parent so I don't need staff to add to the anxiety. But overall lover the hotel and so did my children. The staff made my daughter's birthday one of her best.

Breakfast was good. Nice to get a hot meal each morning. The lady who worked the food area was very pleasant each morning and even stopped at the front desk to say goodbye when I checked out. Front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful, Kaylie & especially Pule (hopefully, I spelled his name correctly). Even the young man who was in training was very helpful when I checked out.

The parking spaces are very narrow and close together. Had to be very careful when parking my rental car. Gave low marks regarding location - due to the fact that some cars were broken into one evening during my stay. Would be nice to set up surveillance cameras.

We has a queen room with sofa bed. It was large enough for 2 adults and 2 teens to move around with out bumping into each other. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Location was easy access to Interstate 5 and hwy 99.

I use a credit card to hold room and incidentals but want to pay for room with debit card. The staff had some trouble arranging my payment request but it worked out in the end.E

Everything. The front desk greeted us and made us feel welcome. All of the other staff we met were warm and friendly. The facility was very clean. The dining area was very clean. Our room was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were treated like special guests. Our special needs were professionally handled with care. The facility is worth looking into for a night or a week.

There was nothing to complain about. It is a fantastic stay! I recommend this hotel to everyone

we were going n the way to Seattle and wanted to stay outside of the city center. the hotel was conveniently located, check in was smooth even though we asked for a change in the room type, staff was very friendly and facility was clean and well run.

The staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The place was extra clean. As we approached our room the maintenance guy was knocking on our door to do a repair. He explained the repair and let us know if we needed to move we could but that wasn't necessary.

We received a phone call in the room at 5:30am. No one said anything after picking up.

everything is very clean and the room service is amazing!

the security told us to not leave anything personal in the car because people will break in! there’s need to be a garage for all cars!

loved the spacious rooms and the breakfast and coffee station at all hours of the day

we were having lots of problems with our key cards they were not working every day we pretty much had to get a new one or have the other one recharged

everything! very very clean, rooms were large and the bathroom was also big. The staff were fantastic!! so friendly and helpful! the breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from

We enjoyed the ease of booking/check-in and out. The breakfast was awesome. The parking was good. Staff were friendly. We booked this hotel solely based on the ratings.

We had a hard time finding it. The room price was alittle high for the location.
