Best Western Aladdin Inn

The breakfast was very good; plentiful and with several hot dishes.

I booked through Booking.com which I will not use again. I was led to understand that I had booked two rooms each with two queen beds, but on arrival found that I'd booked two rooms with one bed each. I was about to leave, but the nice clerk found an alternative that worked for me. I rated the place higher because of his help. The Best Western is not a new or especially attractive motel, nor are the grounds spacious or inviting. It's definitely a 3 out of 5 so the $209 fee that I paid for each room was exorbitant, I thought. As for the Booking.com website; it's either deliberately indecipherable, or uses bait and switch tactics.

I appreciated that there were security cameras around the property and that it was easy to get around. Brad was super helpful in getting us checked in quickly. We wanted to park in a secure spot since we were moving and had a lot of our belongings in our car, and Brad gave us a great spot visible from the front desk. We felt very safe the entire time. We also appreciated the COVID-related policies: breakfast was served (instead of self serve), rooms are left empty for 24 hours, and pool/fitness room use require sign-ups to minimize crowding. The staff were all extremely polite and professional. Exceeded our expectations, great value overall.

I like the location and laundry on site with a pool and gym.

There could be more options for breakfast and maybe the food to be rotated so it’s not staying out for too long especially the eggs.

Rooms were noisy! Could here loud music & tv's. Walking above us. Breakfast was better than most. Someone prepared the waffles for us & dished up the potatoes, eggs & biscuits & gravy. Nice not having to wait on the waffle iron.

Clean, comfortable, great as always.

We stay at Best Westerns all over and the one thing we always count in is the mattress and pillows. The mattress was okay, but the pillows are square and not the normal size and not as fluffy.

Breakfast was very good. Especially liked the sausages. Scrambled eggs were moist. All other usual breakfast items were as expected. Just wish there were more single slices of bread available.

The pillows for my husband were a little too soft.

I liked the location, very close to the mall and other shopping locations. I liked how clean the room was. The staff was friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out. We got a great discount for joining Best Western rewards program!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The parking lot was a little cramped.

The staff was most accomodating when a medical emergency caused us to extend our stay. when in the Kelso or surrounding area we will be sure to stay here at the Best Western Aladdin Inn! and we will recommend this property to our friends.

They upgraded our room and helped to sign me up for the loyalty club!

Got back late from my high school reunion and there was no parking! Had to park at the elementary school and hope not to get towed
