Quality Inn & Suites Longview Kelso

Quiet and comfortable. First floor room was great. Breakfast was good. The staff has been wonderful both times we stayed there. The beds are comfortable and enough towels and pillows for 2 in a room for 4. (I always need an extra towel for my hair and pillow: didnt have trouble getting them in the king room last time.) Right next door to a convenience store. Very convenient. :) love that its pet friendly. Got a couple of nice puppy dog fixes. Also forgot a kind of expensive item: it had been turned into lost and found. Went back to retro it. Still wonderful staff!

Room smelled a little funky this time. Still no bathroom fan: not a change but always a disappointment. Snort. A bit far to walk to a restraunt if you had limitations but we have found the local mom and pop pizza joint: its great and theres delivery from the usual sources.

Staff was polite about asking for masks to be worn in public to protect each other. Rooms were all that they should be. Everything was very clean. Decorating was pleasant. Lots of electrical outlets available.

TV in breakfast room wasn't working. A choice of different height pillows would have been helpful. Maybe there was a different one in the closet that I didn't see. Also, there were 3 of us, but only 2 sets of towels. No biggie to us but might be to someone else. Coffee pot in our room was not totally clean inside.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and the breakfast bar exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well stocked, and even had the waffle maker. The location was very convenient for me and I never felt the least bit uncomfortable.

check under the mattresses and the bed skirts tons of lint dirt and hair ALLLLL over. I loved the stay. one of the better hotels in the town/city for sure! just a little dirty in some areas or easily over looked places. cracks corners behind and under. or high above too.

It was very clean was not a lot of Variety for Breakfast most places offer more so we only had it 1 day

Feel you could offer a little more on your breakfast no bacon or biscuits and gravy . Just need to offer a little more options

Clean beds and great bathroom. So clean.

Eggs and sausage were less than ideal. Maybe a pouch scramble instead. Could use a hot tub. Room 111 smelled like dirty feet. Maybe it is the carpet. Office chair is warn out.

Room was clean and ready to go. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and I was able to get the rest I needed to return to work 5 hours later. Staff is excellent and makes you feel at home.

The staff was very on top of everything up front on when housekeeping comes, followed through with the floor I reserved, even when busy they were able to quickly tend to my needs.

The other guests weren't very considerate with picking up after their dogs super unfortunate because so few hotels allow dogs now.

I got double charged. I am not talking about some on my card and some cash .. yes I did pay that way however there is another charge for price of the room again all on my card not the partial payment that night. It was saved under payments and they went ahead and ran my card like I didn't pay nothing that night . So I paid for the night twice . Please look into it. I have my bank charges also

The staff was friendly, courteous, ANF professional. Each member greeted guests with a friendly smile and asked if there was anything they could do. They did an outstanding job of making the guest feel welcome.

The lobby computer didn't work.
