Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay, WI

My granddaughter loved the pool ( mostly playing with the other kids in it). Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, Hot tub was hot the second night. (They had the repairman there early morning to fix it only being warm the first night.) Room was spacious. Location convenient to highway and other attractions. Parking very easy and close to entry.

The room door was difficult to open, until another guest told me to raise the handle instead of the usual downward push. The luggage carts, of which there were supposed to be two according to staff, were not in evidence until 1 showed up the afternoon of the second day. I suppose this could be attributed to other guests keeping the carts, but the desk staff did not seem concerned, and even looked askance at me when I suggested a courtesy plaque could be installed where the carts were kept to remind patrons that they should be returned for the use of others.

Loved the breakfast options. Convenient location and comfortable bed and living room area. Overall the location and facilities were very clean.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The only place to hang a towel was on a hook located on the door. The face cloths were very thin, basically see through. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. A grab bar in the shower would have been nice for potential slips. The refrigerator actually worked too week and froze everything we put in it.

The breakfast was excellent! I Liked that it had healthy choices available and that the hotel changed-up the menu from day to day. The staff was friendly and very service-oriented to the needs of the guests.

bathroom sink wouldn't hold water. I needed it to wet shave. I notified the desk but no repair was done during my stay, Room 242. The facility could use an update, the 2nd floor hall is dark and shadowy. But I found the facility to be well maintained otherwise.

We have to travel with a hoyer lift to get my sister in and out of her wheelchair, it was the first place we have stayed where it was not blocked off underneath the bed so it could easily accommodate using the hoyer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we stay in Green Bay again, this will definitely be our first choice of places to stay. The breakfast was great, the lady working made sure everything was kept stocked and clean. Ada room was spacious enough for wheelchair . Compliments to the management and staff of this place!

Great staff, great location, breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable enough. Rooms are a good size. Foyer is beautiful

pool area needs some attention, pool floor covered in algae flim that you could see foot prints in. Hottub had tons ants around and floating in the hottub. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Sink and tub had hair in it. Fridges need to be replaced, ours looked like it hasn't been turned off or cleaned in years, tons of build-up of ice it froze everything we put in it even though we turned it down.

Room was comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The separate seating area was a nice bonus. I really liked that. In good weather, going to Lambeau is walkable. In the Winter, my case, it is a quick Uber ride away. Nice The room was a bit pricey, probably because it was a Packers weekend. Compared to others in the area that I checked, it really was not too bad.

we were able to book a room for a last minute trip with our kids at a very reasonable rate. The front desk attendant (Lou?) was so friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping and breakfast attendant. The rooms and public spaces were very clean and beds were comfortable. we had to ask for extra towels but Im guessing this is by design to be more eco friendly which I agree with. Pool and hot tub were clean and open late which we appreciated after arriving back later in the evening. hotel was quiet despite being quite full. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay again!

beds were comfy, room was quiet, heater worked well, nice breakfast selection, loved that the pool was really warm and the hot tub was hot and the pool area was open til midnight, and loved the noon checkout time

our freezer in the fridge needed to be thawed out as it was a huge chunk if ice, & we found a dirty old sock in the bathroom under the sink next to the towels, no towels in pool area on our 2nd day but that could be because we went swimming close to checkout time

Amazing price and quality. Everything was very clean. The staff was very informative about breakfast, check out, Wi-Fi, and pool hours. They accommodated very well for New Years, the pool closed at midnight, late check out, they kept pool towels stocked, and all of the employees we encountered were friendly. Will stay again.

Breakfast was the only issue we had at the hotel. I check in they told us breakfast ends at 10:30 sharp. No problem. I show up at 10:10 and breakfast is shut down. The First Lady just looked at my and didn’t explain why they were closed and the following lady said they close when they run out of food. Which is okay it was New Year’s Day, but the hotel did so well at preparing for everything else New Year’s Day. I feel they closed it down because they wanted to, my sister went before me and said they had bad attitudes.

-Great pool(little cold) and spa(very warm) -very good breakfast(cereal,waffles,begals,muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit, we also had eggs chorizo and potatoes for a choice that morning). -Rooms were clean, decent size for the 5 of us. Quite place to stay even with all the traffic around. -Good choices in the vending machines. -We loved that check out wasn't till noon!! -Very close to lots of attractions, restaurants and stores.

Pillows were super small and uncomfortable. Beds weren't as comfy as what I read everyone was saying they were. Fridge was a MINI fridge(not a lot of room for things and wasn't the cleanest.
