Quality Inn & Suites Downtown

The breakfast is great. They switch up the options on different days. Like, biscuits and gravy are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sunday they have potatoes. We enjoy the breakfast options. Would be nice if they added bacon. The pool is nice and even has a section that goes 7 ft deep. The hot tub is nice and hot. There is even a smaller kiddy pool a game room is available that needs a game card you can reload. And there is also a small gym that consists of a treadmill and stationary bike. There are no actual weights.

The beds could be softer. I'm not a fan of firm beds. And the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it.

We were in town for a show and the theatre is only two blocks down the street so that made this location very convenient. We didn't have to pay for additional parking We just walked. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and definitely better than just plane cold Bakery items and fruit.

There was a intermittent low pitched grinding sound that we called the front desk about but of course when they came down to attempt to identify what it could be the sound didn't occur. Later on when it did reoccur it was when I was using our sink so I am wondering if it could be the pipes causing the sound. Also when looking around the room it was noted there was a small burn hole on the seat of the loveseat in the room and the attached back cushions both had tears in the top corners as though someone had pulled at the seams and opened them up on accident. The bed/frame is no heavy and the floor doesn't have any carpet so when getting into bed one had to be careful not to make the bed slide away. Other than that it was quite comfortable.

Good location - I could walk to my destination. The riverfront area was a bonus, clean, refreshing, safe, entertainment on Friday night, traffic in the area was courteous to pedestrians. The hot breakfast was top notch - scrambled eggs topped with cheese, hot sausage, milk coffee, tea, juice, apple banana, yogurt, selection of donuts, bagels, toast, with TV to watch for the morning news and it was very clean. Because my meeting was at 7:30 AM on Saturday and the breakfast on Saturday didn't begin until 7:00 AM it was difficult to make that work. Breakfast during the weekday was 6:00 AM. I requested a early arrival and a late checkout which they provided. Room was comfortable/nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. When I return to Green Bay this will be my first contact.

The hotel allows animals - there was an unattended dog in the next room which was barking from time to time during the afternoon hours but did not bother my sleep. I've stayed in rooms before that have allowed animals so I requested a room that has not had animals within. I was satisfied with my room.

The hotel was in a very convenient location very close to downtown, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and big, the room was clean.

The way from the lobby to the rooms was not very intuitive and we always had to exit the hotel and enter through a back door to access our room. They also didn't have hot sauce at breakfast, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast wasn't served before we had to leave for appointments. would like to suggest that it would be nice to offer a bag breakfast (like a muffin and piece of fruit,) for situations like that

Location excellent for receiving medical care in Green Bay. Desk guy very personable. This is our second stay and probably will not be our last.

I had a surprisingly negative reaction to the chlorine smell emanating from the pool. This has never happened in my life and next trip I will request a room in a different area.

Location was nice. Great walkable neighborhood near the water and nice restraunts. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, not super fancy, but beds were comfy. Pool was great as was hot tub.

People were lined up for breakfast,but the person in charge of ordering food messed up and there was nowhere near enough of anything..including coffee. Lots of upset people so that was a disappointment. There were no clean towels in the pool area despite ther not being many swimmers.

Very comfortable beds and a wonderful free breakfast! The lady that works the Buffett does a fantastic job and all the food was tasty and warm. The coffee was wonderful also!

Our room was an upstairs atrium room and the heat and ac was messed up and it made the rooms hot because of the pool area has an indoor heated pool right below us.

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The breakfast was superb! The room was large, much more than we expected. We liked it so much that we decided to alter our plans and stay a second night

Great prices. Wonderful guys working counters at check in. James was super wonderful. The bedding was so comfortable.

Someone stole my blanket out of washer. Left notes by elevator to place by my door. No return.
