Breakfast was fine, the breakfast lady was very good, friendly and nice. The location of the inn was perfect. Close to our family affair and the fabulous Horicon Marsh. Our check-in person dug around until she found some extra information for me. Loved having coffee/tea available any time. The inside balcony was a nice place to sit. We loved our room with a spa tub and an outside balcony for sitting in the sun.

Cigarette smoke was bad. The first night I arrived it filled the hall and room I was in. I talked to the young lady that was working at the desk and she seemed to address the people who were smoking because in the morning it was not noticeable. But every day after will still could smell the cigarette smoke in the hall way but at least we couldn’t smell it in our room.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and peaceful. My kids loved the pool slide. Breakfast was great for a quick bite.

Rooms were good but didn't match the ambiance of the hotel lobby. They seemed outdated and very dark. Beds could have used a thicker comforter.

Quick overnight stay! I was surprised to see a Keurig coffeemaker in the room, so that was a bonus! Plus additional coffee in the lobby area with flavored creamers, teas, additional add-on, etc. Didn’t get a chance to do breakfast, but from the looks it was your standard continental breakfast. Pool area looked nice, amenities were close by. Our room location was nice and quiet. Room was also bigger than expected! Overall, property was clean, staff was friendly, room was clean, everything was great for the one-night!

I liked everything about this hotel. I stay at alot of hotels just to get away from every day life. The staff was friendly .This hotel was clean inside and out. The room was clean and had updated decor. The hot tub was not too hot or too cool. Pool was shallow which I thought was great. They had loads of clean towels ready to use. The breakfast offered both hot and cold options. If I was going to be in that area again, I would definitely stay there. Thank you staff for working on the holiday!

it was extremely clean and well put together. best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. Room was very well presented and check in was smooth

Bed was not that comfortable and the blankets on the bed were less than thin but those are my only complaints

This place advertised that there was a bar. And happy hour. Well, you had to go to the front desk, the "BAR" to get a wine or beer. I think there were a few places to sit and relax. But I was still disappointed by the false description.

well maintained and clean. room was spacious

no usb ports in room. tv a little small pool hours to short. chlorine level in pool area was really high. no drink’s allowed in pool room.

Coffee and breakfast were good. Clean hallways. Friendly staff. Nice lobby. Great room, thank you for the upgrade. Room rates less than Americinn in Waupon.

Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Was quiet for sleeping.

Lighting was good, little bright in the morning outside even with darkening curtains shut. We found empty soap bottles in the shower from a prior guest. No freezer in fridge. Would like a hotel sheet with pool, breakfast and check out hours listed.
