sitting in warm room with coffee and tea watching TV, old movies like 'Jenny Latour' French 1947 -- and good for walking to thrift store 'Salvation Army' and 'Goodwill' - also good for bus to lake-shore park and old downtown -- good breakfast with cereal and coffee and athletes from Minnesota going to macho ski events and construction workers from El Salvador and Mexico going to build parking lots and highways -- wild party at night resulting in guests kicked out and dripping ceilings, water overflows -- WISCONSIN and trashy, but lovable

well-- hotel people do not know about sidewalks and buses - hotel people deal with cars and have little understanding of pedestrians -- the staff did not know of the walk I took to get to hotel -- they did not understand the geography of the neighborhood - they did not understand how I walked to the hotel or how I would walk after I checked out of hotel -- look at the photo I attach: staff did not know local geography - they did not know their neighborhood - but I forgive them and will probably go again

The price and location

There was a small bug in the bathroom, looked like a bed bug. I had to kill it. I slept on top of comforter bc I was afraid there might be bed bugs under the sheets. So it took me awhile to fall asleep.

Hotel was good for what I was expecting - a “budget” hotel without that cheap feeling. It was nice enough for a quick, overnight stay, and the bed was comfortable, which was all that mattered!

It obviously didn’t have all the frills of a more expensive hotel, but little things here and there could of been better - doors closed funny, toilet paper roll was hard to reach, light switches we had no idea what they turned on.

The front office gentlemen were nice and helpful. I would stay again.

We didn't care for the breakfast. We were wanting eggs. The gravy tasted really gross. Over all

It was good enough and perfect timing. Breakfast was early enough before I head out to start the day.

Stains on the bedsheet, I ended up sleeping on top of the blanket instead of inside because I didn't know what the stain was from, I'm sure I don't wanna know either lol

We were a little disappointed in what was offered for breakfast. There was not a lot of extra items to choose from.

Our waste baskets in out room was not emptied or even if they were checked to be emptied.

Front desk guy is awesome…. I was having a bad day and he sure put a smile on me and my daughter face! Keep up the good work 😊

The girl at the front desk was really nice and had great customer service.

The morning that it was time for me to check out a staff was cleaning rooms and she opened my room door which startled me and my boyfriend because we were still sleep. I’m sure it was an accident but staff should be more careful.

It was very clean and staff was prompt with requests. Everything was orderly and my standards were met.

I understand the controversial Coronavirus quarantine situation we are undergoing, but maybe if they could ask if it would be OK to service the room rather than not service it at all and allow garbage to fill up and need for towels. I was there for a week and my room of course needed attention.

Very friendly staff and very good service.

The laundry was not working. But for $15 they offer you the service of washing and drying clothes.
