Eagle River Inn and Resort

The Eagle River Inn was a great location, very near the downtown area. It had a rustic cabin feel to it, f perfect for vacationing in the north woods. The room had a comfortable king sized bed, a microwave, small fridge, and table and chairs in the room. There was a walk out patio to the lake with a great view.

The room was clean, the king bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the very short very small toilet. Since the room is obviously for adults, we wondered why they put a child sized toilet in the bathroom.

The restaurant and bar on site were top notch. Very good food and drinks. We came here to snowmobile. The trail is located right in front of the hotel by the road. They have a large lot for trailer/truck parking. My son(2) loved the pool and hot tub. The pool water was comfortable, and not shocking cold. Mud creek saloon is right across the street that had some great live music. Easy walk back. We rented the 3 bedroom suite that was perfect for my wife, son, and parents. We loved having a kitchen for breakfast. Staff was very welcoming.

I do not have much for negative feedback. Continental breakfast was little low on options, but I wasn't expecting much. The TV could have been a little large in main area, but we didn't spend much time in the room.

There were limited options available. We only used on last day prior to leaving. Coffee was good.

There could have been an easy chair in the room to watch the football game better. The restaurant was expensive. Wish we had been told to make a reservation prior to arriving as we could not get a reservation until 8:30PM We arrived at 4:30. There was only a stick un the patio door to prevent from opening.

Loved that it was on the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything matched the decor in the room and the lobby. The breakfast that was provided was very nice.

It really needs some upgrades, especially on the outside. The sliding glass door in the room didn’t close and lock properly. Tried to go to the restaurant and were told it was “fully booked” and they didn’t do takeout.

Indoor pool was warm when it was rainy outside, hot tub was still nice to sit in even though it didn't run. I liked having the room with the bunk bed option for kids, they hate sharing beds.

There were a few lights that didn't work. The sliding door didn't lock, so my husband fixed it. The bathroom door was in really bad shape. The hot tub didn't work. The place was cozy and staff were very nice though. Hours for the pool and fitness center only until 9pm.

Because of covid no hot breakfast options are being offered. The do have breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. I made my husband and myself breakfast in our room most days.

The pool is great no issues there but the jets on the hot tub dont work and the tile on the steps is broken and could be dangerous. The tub did have some kind of bubbles that come from the seat. The room we booked was ok but wasnt what I expected so we stayed 1 night and asked for an upgrade which they accommodated and didnt up charge us for. Our room has 2 lake views, a jacuzzi (no separate shower, shower head is over jacuzzi tub and weak.)

breakfast was ok, would of like to offer more selection, front desk people very helpful

hotel was not completely full, we had another couple to join us, but was not able to book here. some other guests came later & was able to get a room.

did not have the breakfast, went to local restaurants. location was perfect for our needs.

Beds were a little hard for seniors, grandkids said they were fine.

The location and the hotel itself were very pleasant & cozy....! Nicely wooded area. Excellent view. Plenty of food & entertainment options.......!

The cleaning......dirty windows inside the room......pool area could stand to be swept & mopped......!

That we were still able to use the hot tub after finding out it may not be usable for this trip. The amazing view.

We had a few light switches that didn't work and the light over sink in bedroom didn't work and not quite enough light in that bedroom
