I loved how modern the facility looked and the city views were beautiful. The staff was pleasant, including housekeeping that I passed in the hall and lobby. Housekeeping never talk in passing at other hotels and if they do, they’re usually rude. At your facility, everyone looked genuinely content, they were personable, had authentic smiles. The valet staff were also friendly and very fast! If there was a busy time and multiple people were waiting, they were calm and collected. They had it very under control, which is nice because not everyone can handle that well. There are instances at other facilities where something gets sacrificed during a rush and here everything remained: Friendliness, professionalism, and urgency. I really loved the customized TV in my room “Good Morning, (Enter Name) Make every journey rewarding”. It was a nice personal touch with a positive message that promotes something that’s very important: Self Care. Every journey should be rewarding because we all deserve that, especially from ourselves. ReFuel in the lobby had Starbucks Coffee, and I was tired from my drive in and that fridge was glowing! I wanted a coffee before but I didn’t stop on my drive in. Thank you for having those magic drinks easily visible!

I have never been in a hotel that didn’t have a tub, but even then I still liked that because it was different. There were some strands of hair on the room hair dryer, but I always bring my own hair dryer. I wasn’t concerned and that was the only issue for me personally.

Love the location especially since we were going to the Buck's game. The valet parking worked out really well and thought that the overnight parking fee was fair. It was also nice to have a bar right in the lobby which we took advantage of after the Buck's game.

As I mentioned we took advantage of the hotel bar after the game but I did feel that $90 for 4 drinks seemed VERY steep.

Our room had a great view. The valet parking was convenient and super easy to use, the staff were waiting for us when we arrived. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted and needed.

The only thing that could have been better was more options. Also there were signs saying that the breakfast was included in our stay but it was not, that was something you had to pay for separately.

Awesome location. We were able to do online check in, so only had to grab the keys when we arrived. Valet parking made it easy to park. There was no ice machine, but they did have bags of ice at no charge in the lobby. Every staff member was very nice and professional. Appreciated the free water in room.

The sliding door to the bathroom slams too loudly if you're not careful. ALso, we couldn't find a place to hang the hand towel by the vanity.

Location was super important. Very convenient for events at the fiserv forum. And the river walk is easy to access and use. Also the eating and taverns are near by. Parking is not great, you need to use valet parking to have your vehicle parked on a lot across the road for an extra fee per night.

I didn’t like the pricing. I should have gone through the hotel website. It would have been cheaper per night. When I made the reservations online, I mistakenly thought I was on the hotel website. I learned an expensive lesson to watch where I’m making reservations online next time.

the location was nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. super close to the bucks arena. valet parking was breeze just like checking in was.

no microwaves in the room or in the lobby. the lack of microwaves was mind blowing. no heat in the lobby. it was negative 4 degrees. inside and out… I truly don’t know how the staff kept working in that I’ve box downstairs.

The staff was so kind and helpful. You could tell they all enjoy their jobs. The open 24/7 food area was so nice! Our room was also amazing! So spacious all around. The TV also had my name on it, welcoming me. I definitely noticed that fun touch. The TV was so easy to use and log in to your Netflix account. The cleaning staff down the hall said good morning and told us to have a nice day when we were leaving. All around a great stay and can't wait to come back again!

The car area out front isn't ideal but the valet parking makes up for it

our room had a strange setup. the bath area only had one light switch for the entire kitchenette/sink and toilet/shower area. so when someone got up in the night or early morning to use the toilet/shower area -the entire room was brightly lit. Also the door to the shower/toilet area was VERY difficult to slide open/closed.

It is a great location close to a lot of amenities. The hotel is very modern with a good design.

Only having valet parking with no other parking is a problem for those driving to it. It was also very loud on Saturday night on the street and the sound could be heard inside the room.

They were beyond hospitable, the valet after dropping off the car brought my bf’s phone that he was using for navigation and left in the car. The front desk called and said immediately that they would bring it to our room and was there within minutes. Would and will definitely stay again!
