Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff was AWESOME!! Mike, Adam, Iris and Rosario. Super!! I flew in from Florida. My flight arrived in Milwaukee at 12:30AM. I slept in the airport until about 9:30am. I took a taxi to the hotel. Arrived at the hotel around 10 something. Walked up to the front desk and was assisted by Rosario. I was aware that check-in was not until 3pm. I explained my situation to Rosario. Rosario checked and told me that there were two rooms available, but the view was not good. I was so exhausted and sleepy that I told Rosario that I did not care for the view. Rosario was so kind that she checked me in. I was able to go into the room and get some much needed sleep. Thank you Rosario!!

Wow, this place was amazing! Not only did the price meet the quality of the hotel and our room, but the amenities they offered were absolutely amazing! We received - a dinner buffet, variety and quality of food were above expectations; 3 free alcoholic drinks per person; and a delicious breakfast buffet! Also included your typical soda drinks and popcorn during those services. Parking…only $16! Now we only stayed one night so not sure if that was per day but still not bad staying in the city. We plan on coming back next year to Milwaukee and we definitely know where we will be staying for sure! We are a family coming from Chicago where we are used to paying for EVERYTHING and getting subpar service and little to no amenities. Wisconsin is the best!!

That we couldn’t stay longer!

The hotel room is very nice. The bathroom is great! Alot of counter space to get ready. Wish parking was free or at least cheaper. Breakfast and dinner apps were excellent. However, the young girl serving the drinks on Wednesday night was not friendly. And the mixed drinks were not good as they had barely any alcohol in them. It's not worth it, in my opinion. Would rather not have the drink if they weren't going to be goid! The food was excellent, though. TV was great! I stay at this hotel often as my son attends college in Milwaukee. This is a wonderful hotel overall!

We picked this location based on the distance to the summerfest grounds. However this hotel exceeded any expectations I could have had. From the moment we walked threw the door, we were warmly welcomed. The young lady Kelly at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with the few questions we had as well as her coworker Adam! Both AMAZINGLY helpful people! The room was BEAUTIFUL, the pillows the perfect level of soft but hardness, the breakfast absolutely amazing, the staff all friendly and welcoming! All in all the experience of Summerfest was phenomenal, but the experience of the Drury was the cherry on the cake! Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as it was! Deffinitly will be returning again!!

Upon entering the lobby, you immediately can see the hotel is well cared for. It was clean and shiny. Ethan checked me in, and he was professional and knowledgeable and nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We headed down to the lobby at 5:30 for happy hour. We were given drink tickets at check out. The snacks were amazing. Also, parking was easy, and we were allowed to stay parked after checkout. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There isn't anything negative about the Drury Inn, and we would certainly stay again.

Really great location. Walkable to many great spots, including the Bucks stadium and outdoor bars. Enjoyed the in/out privileges, especially when we had to drive to the baseball stadium. Very kid friendly. Loved the three free drinks for each night and the little food reception. Nice size pool and hot tub area. Lovely and friendly staff.

View from our room was a parking structure but that’s not their fault. (We had a King Suite) If they had room service that would have been great but no biggie heading down to the on-site restaurant and heading back up to the room.

Every employee who we encountered was very kind and professional. The rooms were nice. We were surprised to have the free dinner at night, which we liked. All of the food at breakfast and the reception type thing was good.

I've got nothing. Well, our power went out on Tuesday night and we stayed at your hotel the 2nd night that we were without power. If the price at Drury was $20-$30 less per night, we would have definitely stayed for the weekend, since we will be lucky if our power is back by the end of the weekend. This is not your fault, however, as you only charge the fair rate.

Everything was great. The directions were easy to follow. The snacks and drinks were a neat surprise. The gentleman I spoke with to both check in and later get directions from was phenomenal. I had left my phone at home (2hrs away) which had all of my reservations to both the hotel and the couple attractions we had planned. He was understanding and never once made me feel rushed or stressed The rooms were clean. Everything was restocked. There were enough towels and pillows, how often can you say that?

I was disappointed with the pool hours. Considering the location of the pool, not near any rooms at it closed at 10pm. Granted this was a Thursday night, however I don't think it changed on the weekend. Maybe 10-11:30 adults only.

Location! One block to venue we were attending. Housekeeping was great!! Super nice! (We were needy!( towels,cups shower chair, sugar and more tea.) Price - Booking got it for$169 a night instead of $220 a night. ( That area NOT WORTH ,$200+ A NIGHT!! EVERYTHING DIRTY JUNKY LOOKING! NOTHING HIGH END!!) DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE JUST SO DIRTY!!

Bed too tall for me. And it made my back hurt next day. I could hardly walk. Pillows too firm. Not told had to pay for parking so two days got charged $22 more! The vending area selection could of had soups. (Could of had selection for diabetics, one or two proteins) The price of $5 for one clariton!!

Clean, quiet. Excellent amenities. Pool and hot tub were both functional throughout 2 day stay. Many hotels list pool and hot tub only to get there and find them down for maintenance or not functioning.

Room entrance lighting. No lighting upon entry. Upon departure, told the front desk thinking it was a lightbulb. Didn't want to bother with maintenance for a simple issue that could be remedied between visits. Front desk informed us that there is a small slot in the wall to use keycard which powers the lighting upon room entry. Absolutely stupid. In today's tech industry, you would think that the keycard being swiped to allow entry could also power the the lighting. Don't get me wrong. Hotel is fantastic. I'm 55 and just thinking about elderly visitors who aren't tech savvy or young family's with kid distractions. Like I said, hotel is excellent and will definitely be back.
