Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, Manager had staff re-clean it. (Popcorn was left on carpet , urine was on side of toilet, ) from previous occupant. The entry door to the room had loose bolts so the handle could fall off eventually, this was also repaired during our stay. The handicapped handle in the tub area needs to be fixed- actually replaced. Personally the whole hotel needs a thorough updating or at least cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning in the hallways.

The staff at front desk was super nice and very pleasant to deal with! I was there for a family funeral and we were in the hot sun all day and were looking forwards to the pool, however upon check in Michelle told me that the pool was closed. It was very disheartening to hear that. So I told them we really were looking forwards to that part. I asked about a jacuzzi room. And Michelle upgraded us to that room they just had to clean it! I was so thrilled I didn’t have to go on a search for the next hotel, I was too emotionally drained and kids were tired! Thank you Michelle for wonderful customer service! Also thanks to the man working with you that helped get room ready for us!

Stains on floor, and bathtub was stained with pink, curtain was torn down so had to be carful when closing them but hey I did not care I was tired, kids were happy we got to still “swim”.

At the last minute we decided to change where we spent the night before flying home the next day. Fortunately this location was close to the airport and had a room available. The desk clerk was very friendly during the check in process. Breakfast this morning was yummy. A better selection than the place we stayed for the last few days which was also a Wyndham Hotel. Next time we fly up there, we'll probably stay there the night before we leave.

Clean, most of the staff was friendly

The pool was closed one day, then the next day the hot tub was closed. Then housekeeping came in my room when I wasn't there and I had all my things laying out and there was a staff member at the front that had a bad attitude. Also I wish they had a bigger selection for breakfast.

We were in the area for a concert and stayed at this facility. Easy on and off to the freeway. Our room was large and very clean. Staff was friendly and there were restaurants close by.

Very nice hotel and staff was so nice! From the front desk worker to cleaning staff. And they allowed dogs at no additional price. Lots of grass too. I was surprised as hotels have seemed to go down hill in my experience. This one was fabulous and best I've stayed in for a few years now. Thank you! I'll stay here again next year for the annual dog show.

Great location, calm and quiet, safe and clean parking lot. Very attentive staff. Peaceful stay.

The only thing that could have been improved upon was the bed/mattress; it could use replacing. The hotel is currently getting upgrades, so they may not have gotten to our room yet. The beds are -not- bad by any means, just may have seen some wear and tear. (lol, can read between the lines here)

The bed was so comfy, and you could hear the birds chirping outside. The pool was being renovated so I'm not sure how the pool is. We stayed in a king bed room and I was pleased. Bonus is Teaxas Roadhouse and IHOP are within walking/ driving distance!!

The fan in the bathroom was very loud.

very clean nice property. they’re updating things while I was there but we’re never loud or obnoxious. very courteous with everyone.

nothing much. the ice machine on my floor was broken but the one on another floor was working.

Bed was very comfortable

Room was noisy - noise from upstairs neighbors, next door neighbors, halls, footsteps & toilet flushes from all over, plus in room noise like a bathroom fan running loudly even when the light/fan is shut off, and the refrigerator whining loudly.
