The room, the staff, absolutely no complaints. So comfortable and friendly. I was a lone traveller but even at breakfast everyone was so welcoming you never felt uncomfortable.or out of place.

Hotel charged more than the final amount shown on booking.com. They said that’s because of the county tax. I understood, but the hotel shouldn’t send me the confirmation letter with the wrong amount through Booking.com.

The location is beautiful and quiet. There’s multiple food options around the hotel. Not only that the breakfast is hot and tasty. And if you just want something simple that’s an option too. The pool was clean and a nice size. They also had a hot tub that was very relaxing.

Camille was amazing she went above and beyond to help. also the lady who helped with breakfast on Friday morning was nice as well I didn’t get her name

whoever the lady was who helped with breakfast Saturday and Sunday was acting like she didn’t want to be there. we asked a question she had an attitude

The room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of channels on the tv.

We had a great stay but our room would not cool below 72 degrees. We brought our fan and that cooled the room to 69 which was nice..we are from the south so we like our room cool! I did not report this problem to the front desk because we had our fan. The only other tiny thing is that the hotel is located at a busy intersection so the 1st couple of nights it took some getting used to the noise. We stayed 5 nights.

Breakfast had variety. Food area was clean and well stocked. Several hot food options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite spacious and quiet. Clean and well laid out. Facilitiy is clean and updated.

Pool was colder than we would have liked. Strong chemical smell in the pool/hot tub area. Later pool hours would have been nice.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly, professional and honest. Husband forgot his jacket in the room and staff gave us a call to inform us that they had it in the front desk for us. Breakfast was excellent and facility was nice and clean. Will stay here again for sure.

I was greeted when entering, checking in and out were very easy, the room was wonderful, the facility was clean and my breakfast was hot. I would highly recommend staying here, and my family was very happy.

The breakfast was very good!! Because of the COVID situation they served the food to us. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room was large, clean and very comfortable! Loved the spacious bathroom and shower!

The pool was closed for some reason, therefore the kids weren’t able to swim, and the price online that we booked was a little over $2 cheaper than what they charged us once we checked in....not sure why... otherwise everything was great!!!!

Place was very clean, The continental breakfast was very good. The food was hot and fresh. Employees were great!

Beds are hard and hottub is extremely small so we had to wait for previous group to be done to go in.
