Not a lot of variety to ... same choices two days in a row

The secondary safety lock on the door did not work. The sofa and chair had shoulder height arms that were terribly awkward and uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. Karen checked us out and was obviously inconvenienced by us being there. No Good Morning. How was your stay? Thanks for staying with us! or any other attempt to engage with us. We had better interactions with gas station attendants on the way there and home than we did with her ... so bad that we may consider not staying there again.

I appreciated the staff for helping me when I needed it and I liked how it felt like a home away from home.

The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't have a working vent in our bathroom. It looks like there may have been one in there at one point in time but it never got replaced. So when we went to the bathroom it made it difficult to get rid of the smell.

Excellent location. Clean large rooms. Pool was very well taken care of. No dirt dust of debris anywhere. Staff was super friendly. I give it a 15 out of 10 very well pleased will be back for sure.

There was nothing about the place that I did not like everything was maintained to the highest expectations

The location was great. We had our dog with us and there are a couple of small parks and a beach/promenade nearby where we could walk her. I felt safe walking her around the area alone even in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We didn't get to use the kitchenette but it looked fully stocked.

I could smell that at one time smoking had been allowed (or that a smoker had stayed in the room prior to us), there was still a slight lingering smoker odor. This did not ruin anything for us as the positives very much outweigh the negatives for this hotel.

The room was very nice and clean.

The only complaint was the breakfast. One of the waffle machines was out of service due to a waffle stuck to it and a part sitting loosely on top of it. There also wasn’t as many breakfast items offered as in other hotels we have stayed at. Neither issue would prevent me from staying here again.

Laundry baskets for dirty towels. Pet friendly. Staff friendly. Good location. Easy parking

Rooms a little worn with rust around door frames, fixtures in shower not sealed to wall and hole in wall showing through around shower arm. Had to ask for paper supplies and extra towels but that might be a covid thing? Food for breakfast often low or out… not prepared for amount of guests present.

Hotel was very full for the weekend. Breakfast food ran out at 9 and did not see more till almost 10, need to plan better!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and out was smooth. The location was in a nice area.

I was not impressed with the complimentary breakfast. There were only a few selections and it was completely empty several times. In addition, we stayed for a weekend but we didn't get any fresh towels, garbage taken out, or a refill on toilet paper on Saturday. Overall I was satisfied with my experience with the hotel.

Breakfast was just okay; it lacked protein. The coffee was delicious!!! Our hotel room was dirty - toilet was dirty around inside edge and had to be cleaned; crumbs from food around couch. Beds were very comfortable!!! Staff was exceptional!!!

Reread items above. Breakfast could be improved. Cleanliness of room and bathroom needed improvement.

Room was big, comfortable, clean Breakfast was amazing! Staff were even more amazing!! Within walking distance of dining and riverfront.

No whirlpool and We could hear other guests and staff outside our room very early in the morning. We stayed in a suite and paid for the comfort and privacy.
