Port Wisconsin Inn and Suites

Very clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice. I'll have to check out the pool next time.

There didn't seem to be a lot of parking. I thought the price was a little high, but it was in a convenient location. Beds are a little high and too firm for my liking. I'm 5'2" and it was a bit of a struggle getting into the bed.

Location was good for what we had planned for the weekend. The room was what I expected, the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful with our needs.

The hotel was under remodel, so there where mattresses and trash all around the Hotel. Noisy all day.

The gentleman at the front desk Terry was exceptionally accommodating also the lady that was serving the breakfast they were still working under Covid restrictions but she was very pleasant and friendly

Lift the Covid restrictions and allow self-service breakfast again

Breakfast was amazing had lots of options even on a diet with no carbs. Room was beautiful nice to have a private room away from the sofa sleeper. Temperature in pool was on point not to cool

The beds were comfortable. The beds/bedding was clean. The pool and hot tub were a great temperature. The lobby was decorated tastefully for the holidays and had a “homey” feeling to it. The staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. The price was good.

The lights in the pool area were incredibly dim. While swimming I encountered a glob of hair and a glob of fuzz. The vents, sprinkler heads and beams on the ceiling of the pool were very dusty. The windows in my room were laden with finger prints. The sheer curtains were missing. The drain in the bathtub was clogged/had a slow drain. The ceiling in front of the windows was in disrepair. I found a bottle cap(not mine) on the floor by the table.

Even though Booking.com listed it as a Country Inn & Suites we weren't made aware that the ownership had changed until we arrived. It seemed not to be up to the standards we expected from a Country Inn & Suites property.

the staff was amazing my truck broke down i got a room there and had to wait for my family to get me and they were more than understanding the staff was amazing i give this hotel 100000000 thumbs up

This facility was very clean the staff were so kind and friendly. Seven hills pub and grill is attached to the hotel, and added bonus.

We requested a handicap room. They placed us on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. The posted menu listed one type of breakfast, when in fact there was more options. The only way I found out was on the last day. I heard a guest ask for a bagel and cream cheese. The waitress was very nice though.

I was a bit dissatisfied that only two guests could be in the hot tub at a time. Most of my family was there for my daughter’s wedding. It would have been more fun if more of my family could have congregated there.
