The Lodge at Crooked Lake

Even though they were not allowed in every part of the hotel...This is the best dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. Maxx and Ruby give it 2 tails up. Their mommy and poppie enjoyed ourselves. Pool exercise room and sauna were great. We will be back as an annual trip.

Room could use either brighter bulbs or better lighting. Has Indoor pool, I perfer outdoor poolsand It would have been nice to bring our pets to the pool but understandably they arent allowed in certain areas. We just took turns swimming and being in the hot tub. Also wish there was a small fenced in area to walk pets at hotel. No worries. Great walking all over town and park/beach with pet exercise area across the street. Dogs unfortunately are not allowed on the beach.

The location is perfect for us, since we have family living in Siren. The rooms are large. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a large choice of breakfast items.

There is no microwave in the rooms. The blankets were scratchy and some of the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast items are either cold (like cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) or warmed in a microwave. No toaster or waffle iron. There is no housekeeping during your stay, although you can request clean towels, etc., and the staff is very helpful, but I don't know how well that would work if you were staying more than a day or two.

As always we enjoy the lodge. Location with nice facilities. We had an outstanding room with a view of the fireworks on the 4th! Thank you!

The hotel is very clean and has good amenities.....enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

I stay in hotels about 1-2x per month. I think the hotel needs some good quality pillows and softer beds, the beds are very firm.

I liked the character of the lodge , wooden logs , fire places and stuffed animals :-)

Less microwaved food for breakfast and more fresh fruits and veggies.

Large rustic detailed comfortable rooms, each with its own cute name. Ideal location and excellent staff. The restaurant right across the drive was spot on with good service and food. Mini-golf, movie theater, and a lovely park on Crooked lake all within easy walking distance.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. When we needed anything they were very quick to get it to us. Nice pool and hot tub area. Would definitely recommend this facility and will definitely stay here again. Great park, lake, picnic area right across the street. Restaurants, shopping and miniature golf in walking distance. Overall good time!

The only complaint would be more comfortable pillows. They were hard. A microwave in the room would have been nice. I believe I saw somewhere they are available upon request.

Good variety for the breakfast. Good location with restaurant and bar next door. We forgot something in the room and the staff mailed it to us at home!

Breakfast facilities were above average, but we patronized other restaurants in town. Very pet friendly.

No dislikes.

Breakfast had a huge variety. Loved the pool and hot tub. Loved having so much to do within walking distance.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like.
