Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Stevens Point

Breakfast was just okay. First morning a group of 6 people were holding a meeting. Very loud in that small room. Liked the location very much. Bed was comfortable and the room a very nice size. Shower was great!

I tried calling my friend (who was in the room without her mobile phone) through the hotel desk and was told it was impossible to connect to the room. This seemed very unusual and definitely a bit disconcerting. Is this not a possibility?

Breakfast was great, better than competing hotels. Staff was great.

The pool was not working and that was disappointing. However I was given a discount for that. I asked for a disability room as I had recently suffered an injury making it hard for me to get around. I expected a room with a walk-in shower but my room was for someone with a hearing disability. I was able to look into the room with physical disability and saw that the room had a bathtub only with grab bars. Your website should explain what the disability is for. Fortunately my sister was with me and I was able to use the tub.

Your breakfasts are great! A variety of hot & cold foods were provided. Just wanted to mention that ALL of your staff are professional & pleasant!

Disappointed with the size of the sitting area in our room/suite. The on site restaurant was overpriced ($300 for 4, not including the tip & we had zero cocktails)- especially since the full dining experience is not possible with staff shortages & sitting at a high table. All our salads had almost no dressing on them for some reason. The wait staff was unable to return in time so we could ask for more, not her fault. She was, however, very personable and accommodating. There are no sides that come with the posted prices of the meals.

Breakfast was ok. I appreciated the healthy food choices: fruit, yogurt, peanut butter. The coffee and tea were excellent.

For my husband, he said the eggs tasted the same as all motels . . . tasted like "packaged" eggs. What really bothered me & seemed deceitful is the $1.85 charge that the motel charged me and the fact that I had to ask for a credit on my way out. I would guess it is a little money maker for you because most people would not have questioned it or forget to ask for their credit.

Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of space. Staff was very nice. Steakhouse attached to the hotel.

Small pool and no hot tub. Parking in the lot was limited.

Great location close to downtown bars, shops & restaurants and also very close to campus! Small but clean pool and fitness rooms. Friendly staff, clean room, nice complimentary breakfast, good coffee!

Price was on the higher end for location. Not sure if we will stay again or go back to our usual, less pricey hotel choice.

Came to the breakfast close to the end time. Still options to choose from. The location could have been highlighted better.

Struggled with the tv remote to change volume and to turn off unless directly close in front of the television.

We stayed at the Cobblestone as we came from out of town to visit our daughter for her birthday. We have stayed before and were willing to pay a bit more for the room because of a previous experience. The beds/pillows were the main reason we chose this hotel again because we slept very well. We were able to sit outside at the bar and had Brandy Old Fashioned Sweets that were out of this world!

We ate at the Chophouse and got a little sticker shock. We normally go to the Hilltop when in town but they closed unexpectedly, so we came back to the hotel. Granted the portion size was wonderful and the steaks were tasty, but spending over $250 for three people was a bit unexpected.
