La Quinta by Wyndham Stevens Point

The eggs were very good. The Biscuits yogurt and selection of food good. Staff kept thing stocked nicely. Kyle was especially helpful. We were having a problems with temperature of the room. He came and fixed it immediately. We traveled with our dog. There were multiple places to take her out and walk her as needed.

Nothing. I liked everything.

The staff was super friendly! They allowed us to check in early, without so much as a second thought. Everywhere was clean. The breakfast was outstanding, and the tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. Check in and check out went without a hitch. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. This room was a very good overall value.

There was really only one large thing that we didn't like. In the pool area the temperature was kept very cold. In most places that we stay it's comfortable in the pool area so you can lay out on a lounger if you choose. Here it was very cold, and you wanted to leave the pool area as soon as possible.

Not very often do you find a hotel with good water pressure, but this one does, takin g a shower was great due to the water pressure.

The staff was slightly confused with how to add extra night on to the current stay.

Customer service was great and very kind. The 24-7coffee was excellent

I absolutely did not like that the pool area windows did not have any blinds or tent for privacy and the view is God awful. Very hard to relax listening and seeing steady heavy traffic people pointing at you taking pictures .That is a busy none stop road. Made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable . no privacy!!! The breakfast area definitely needs a step up in the game. Very basic and bland..

The bed was soo comfortable, the water was hot, It had a refrigerator and microwave and small maker for coffee or tea. All the comforts of home.

I did not see much for the breakfast, that is just me. It looked like cereal and a banana and coffee. I understand the whole 'everyone is afraid of Covid' and they do not know how it spreads, but either have breakfast, or don't. Just saying.

Room was clean, everything went smoothly. Staff was very nice.

We were on the 1st floor, room 127. I'm not sure what it was, an exhaust fan or hot tub motor maybe, but it ran above us for a while Saturday night. It was so so annoying. The bed was more firm than I am used to.

Felt very comfortable! Would stay here again. It seemed the people at the front desk were away from their position a lot. It would have been nice to have at least the garbage emptied. Thank you!

Garbage was full after the 1st day. Toilet was “sweeting”which kept the bathroom floor wet! The same thing for breakfast everyday.

Clean plenty of space and pets welcomed.plenty parking space.liked the bedding .very stylish and bed very comfortable.

Bathroom needs grab bar floor very slippery.ice bucket cracked leaked water all over counter. When enter hotel to check in no one was available .did not get offered Wyndham points .only ice machine is on second floor.

Friendliness and accessability of your staff

We would have liked to spend more time in the pool but the pool is on the smaller side and on a Saturday it was pretty crowded.

Very clean, friendly staff and a great location with the Hilltop Restaurant right next door. We were there to bike the green circle trail and we will be back…a great value!

The breakfast was good and the area kept very clean, but possibly a protein choice.
