Pretty much all of the bad reviews are regarding the lack of waterpark. Booking.com indicates that there is a pool and hot tub - doesn't say waterpark! I'm from this town and they couldn't staff the waterpark safely. I came for a girl's night with friends and we loved our stay here so much, we plan to make it a once-a-season activity. Easy check-in and convenient entrances to the rooms. There are some areas that are under construction/boarded up. Our fireplace suite bordering the courtyard was beautiful, swanky, comfortable, and massive. There are nice seating areas outside in the courtyard, grills, and a fire table. Fridge was cold when we got there. It was clean. The pool was warm, huge and we could swim and swim without ever bothering anybody else. Huge hot tub which was actually HOT. It is open till midnight for adults which is FABULOUS. We had pretty much no complaints!
Continental breakfast was so sad that they should just not offer it at all, so bring your own. Slices of bread in cling film etc. Coffee was fine though! The halls could use a bit of a vacuum but that's not a huge issue to me.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a fireplace room and it was perfect! I wish it wasn’t snowy and we could have enjoyed the courtyard and outdoor fire pit. There is a great restaurant/bar close by that delivers food. That was very nice after a long day traveling. The pool area is nice. Staff was nice and helpful.
The breakfast was very carb loaded. It would have been nice to have a few more options, but my kids were happy enough with muffins, donuts, and bagels.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff! Even though the waterpark area was blocked off, the games and pool area was still enjoyable. It would have been cool if they kept the basketball hoops in the pool area.
Our bathroom light was weird, only turned on when it wanted, the fan was loud. Obviously sad about the water park being blocked off. But the pool area was still nice.

Had a problem with something there and it was taking care of immediately (problem was another guest nothing to do with hotel itself) the front desk man was able to resolve the issue right away.Plus was offered room upgrade that was not shown as an option on his site

the staff was very nice, as well as how large the ADA rooms were. finally a hotel that has a great ADA hotel. it was nice to be able to use the dining area to meet with friends and family while visiting.
