Let us check in early ,enjoyed the pool with my grandson ,breakfast was good and liked having coffee and other beverages available at all times. When ever I visit my grandson I will stay here.The room was very clean and smelled so fresh

I did not like that there was no guide for tv to see what channels they had. That was about the only thing negative ,and that was very minor as we did not watch much tv.

breakfast items were fine - perhaps the 'eggs' could have been a bit more appetizing. They were the flat, like thin pancake and a bit too done ?

We were surprised that there was no elevator, which was a necessity for us. That being said, the staff was very accommodating to find us a room on first floor instead of the one on 2nd floor originally assigned. I did feel sorry for the gentleman pulling his large suitcase plus a baby in a carrier up the stairs.

The pool area was great. The Mexican restaurant was only a short walk and the food was very good. The staff was very helpful/friendly.

I didn't really like that there wasn't an elevator. We rented a room for 5 people with 2 Queen beds, so I thought maybe there would have been a couch/pull out bed but there wasn't. Luckily, I brought an inflatable bed to set up just in case. They gave us an extra comforter to use. So it worked out ok.

Smaller, quiet, clean, accommodating hotel. Well maintained grounds, convenient parking, right off the interstate. Friendly and hospitable staff. Full breakfast options. We travel this route often, and will stay here again!

There is no elevator for second floor access. Recommend requesting a first floor room if climbing stairs is prohibitive.

They provided almost the same breakfast as my previous day's stay at a Hyatt hotel! Also they have the same indoor pool and hot tub facilities as Hyatt! That says a lot about the value for money it gives to its customer!

It was very clean and kept up

The bed was facing the window and air conditioning. I could feel it blowing onto my face. But it was a very hot day so I was grateful for the air conditioning,so don’t want to complain!

Had to stop here due to a snowstorm - lots of other inns, restaurants, and gas stations around the area which makes it convenient. Continental breakfast that had many options.

Loved the continental breakfast and amenities.

The room and bathroom weren’t clean. There was a dead bug on the sink, crumbs all over the floor and in the office chair. The bathroom vent was blowing out nasty dust and the shower drain was backed up and slow.

it was a reasonable price in a close distance to our destination

The room (105) we requested was an accessible room which was great. it just seemed dated. could use a bit of lightening up.

The breakfast was delicious 😋 we came at 9:30 so the eggs were dried out, but the sausage was great.

Maybe do scrambled eggs instead of the small disks of eggs.
