Best Western PLUS Sparta Trail Lodge

Location , staff upon arrival, no necessity the 2nd shift staff . Very noisy kids in pool and hall so didn’t use pool and group of women fighting in the halls, room was close to walk , bed comfortable, nice breakfast, was pleasantly surprised this was biking capital ,

Noisy guests fighting women , kids screaming at late and early hours. Non guest-trying to get in pool, went to find biking trail and steak house, both trips GpS was wrong. Wasted lots of time trying to find those. Small theater in town, my movie didn’t start until the next day, lots of unfortunate incidences, construction in exit made me go through military base to get back to route in the countryside,

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good & the staff were constantly bringing out new food/supplies to re stock so nothing was left empty. We used the hot tub, which was fabulous. The whole pool area was great. There were some kids there from the boys & girls club. It was fun to see how much fun they had! This will be our hotel next time we are in the area. ⭐️🌟

Nothing that I can think of

The breakfast bar selection and quality were good. However, "Where's the Peanut Butter?" My room was very quiet and the bed itself was very comfortable. Only negative was the very limited hanging space in the Handicap accessible room (I am not handicapped).

The breakfast was good. Would have liked more choices because I had my 13 year old granddaughter with me and she was not happy with the food choices.

the juices were watered down so much you couldn't taste the orange juice or most of the lemonade.

All good just wish more done to reduce plastic waste as below

Wish the hotel had place to fill refillable water bottles. We came to bike and a place to fill our water bottles would have been great. No place that I saw to recycle either. Please consider :)

Big comfortable room, super desk personnel. Brewskis menu. Hard to plan where you end a day biking the trails on tour. I made the booking close to 8.15 pm on the bike trail. Arrived before my booking did and just in time to get food to take fo the room. Property is very good. Beds were quite comfortable. Perfect after 80+ miles on a heavy touring bike. Very pleased. Recommend highly.

Best Western Plus is a wonderful hotel in most every way - with only two drawbacks. The breakfast hot dishes are inedible which includes the "scrambled eggs" (which definitely were not real eggs and were truly gross), the potatoes (some still partially frozen when served), and the waffles rounds (no taste/texture as well). Cereals, yogurts, juices and coffee were provided so all was not a loss. It just wasn't the hot breakfast that was advertised. Loved our room but the cleaning staff did the minimum cleaning. The bed was not tidy after it was made and the carpet needed vacuuming; only basic tasks - trash was emptied and towels were replaced - were completed. The hotel only had a minimal number of guests, so it couldn't have been that the cleaning staff were overworked. It just feels good to return to a clean room. Loved everything else about the hotel! The office staff were pleasant and helpful and the Brewski restaurant served the best blue cheese hamburger I've had in ages! Randall definitely takes pride in his efforts. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The pool was fun

The restaurant was opened for business business but no staff to work it One bartender to serve food cook food serve beer waited at least 20 minutes before we just left to even be talked to So if you are offering a restaurant in your hotel it should be staffed just saying

Pools were clean no smell. Small pool for little kids larger pool for older children or adults. Two small waterslides, hot tub. Pub with food and drinks on location, full breakfast, clean comfortable room.

Requested first floor told us wouldn't be a problem they could do that got there and we didn't have a first floor room.
