Do you was dirty there was repairs on doors that terrible The bed had two by fours to hold it up it was disgusting The curtains didn’t work the bath tub had a spider or two in it there was a plug that was not plugged in so I charge my phone and it didn’t work so we had to plug it into the wall I would recommend this place

They could’ve cleaned the room fixed it fix the doors fix the bathroom it was bad by the washroom The bed was held up by two by fours When we got there the refrigerator was unplugged so we had to figure out how to fix that it was a ghetto never go there again

It was mostly clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. I liked the omelette and bagels with cream cheese at breakfast.

There was a couple stray hairs upon arriving on the bathroom floor, pool was closed, and there was only enough regular coffee for one cup in our room despite there being two of us. You could tell the building and everything in it was getting old but they are doing good at remodeling. The pancakes were cold at breakfast

I haven't stayed in a Comfort Inn in sometime. I was very surprised. The beds were comfortable, the wi-fi was wonderful. The room was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Location was perfect. We were worried about trains running through town but we did not hear one train. It was a nice experience.

TV didn’t work. desk clerk tried to fix it and couldn’t. she called someone who came in to the hotel and tried to no avail. In the morning the clerk said she would talk to her manager to get an adjustment to our bill but I have heard nothing

This place was clean, great staff, relaxing pool and hot tub, and a delicious fresh breakfast! We had our dog with us and requested first floor, both things were accommodated. All for a very reasonable price! We will be back!

The floors were slick in our bathroom, that's my only concern.

Low pet fee ($20). Grassy pet area out back. Indoor pool & hot tub (didn't use). Across street from McDonalds, but many great restaurants in the cute & vibrant downtown area! I say "vibrant" as I saw no empty storefronts, and many parking spaces filled - on a Monday! Room was nice, bed good, though I wish I'd brought my own pillow.

Despite major interior construction going on, the price was very high, just because they can. (Rawlins is about halfway between Denver & Salt Lake City.) Pet-friendly room on the 3rd floor - bad for obvious reasons! Breakfast was the worst I've had in 20 hotels over Covid: canned juice, plastic-wrapped waffles & muffins, and that's about it. Oh - there were bagels and a toaster, too. And, there's an odor of oil in the hallways - either from the adjacent train tracks, or the machinery parked behind the hotel. (Hallway windows were open.). It wasn't a bad stay, just not great, and certainly not for the price.

Loved how friendly and attentive the hotel staff were and the breakfast was more than you’d get at your average hotel! The decor is minimal but adorable!

The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was very clean. Only thing I noticed was a hair on the bathroom counter, but given the rest of the hotel, it did not bother me one bit! A small oversight I’m sure!

Convenience of location from interstate.

Heat in your hallways outside of guest rooms was to hot 76 degrees. The heat from your hallways made into my room and the room was too hot. Yes my thermostat was turned down to 65 degrees in my room. I know your thermostat in hallways were at 76 since I seen the temperature on the thermostat behind the locked clear plastic guard over the thermostat.

We were offered a table by the breakfast room to play cards by the front desk staff - comfortable and coffee/water was great with the complimentary cookie! She also helped us out with a frozen item we were transporting home!! Over and above!!

All great!!

Everything was great, especially the breakfast.

The vent in our bathroom was a bit dusty. Normally I would not mention it but early in my wiring working career I was a housekeeper and this is one of the things that was almost always overlooked. OCD maybe.
