Hampton Inn By Hilton Sheridan

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was unique. They accommodated our request for a good view from our room.

The room was a little deteriorated. The fridge stopped working randomly. The television wasn't plugged in when we arrived. There was no sleep timer or back cover on the remote) The USB night stand charger worked sporadically. The wall was a little thin to the adjacent room as we heard the TV (which the A/C didn't drown out) most of the night. The elevator malfunctioned several times during our visit and would keep opening the door as soon as it closed.

The hotel was situated nicely and easy to get to. Our room was huge for a hotel room.

Our view was awful. We could see the overhang and portico and very little else. Disappointing since the hotel had such a good view. The beds have been slept in on the same spots, so the bedding was drooping on the floor, looked too big for the bed, and we rolled to one side.

The staff were amazing! We have stayed in many places and this was one of the best! The breakfast was fresh and good every morning. The place was clean and well kept. All of our needs were met. We felt like we were treated special.

Nothing could have been improved on.

Everything and everybody was great. I didn't see anyone, but my wife and I, wearing face protection. I don't know WY's mandates, but with such a highly transmissable and deadly virsus present in the US, I thought there might be a stronger response by Hampton in their properties. Otherwise, we couldn't have ask for a better one night stay.

Clean. Great breakfast.

I wanted our rooms to face the mountains but they weren't. Also, the beds were not made after the first night or clean towels.

Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast food.

After arriving in our room, noticed a used bandaid on floor in corner by tub, few hairs as well. Pantry had 3 items to micro cook, not one freezer item.

The staff at the Sheridan location were so friendly and helpful! Great breakfast too!

If you’re afraid of heights this may be a deterrent. we wished they had walk in showers but overall it was a good facility.

Room and Hotel was very nice. The housekeeping problem may just be a sign of the times. When full staffing is available this housekeeping issue may not happen.

House keeping failed to clean our room either night. BUT the manager gave a bit of a discount hoping to make it correct.

We just stayed one night and it was good. It was sufficiently clean and easy. Breakfast was mediocre. We’ve had better at other Hampton Inns but it was fine for our purposes. Our only negative was the staff…they weren’t unfriendly at all; they just seemed bored and blah.

Wish staff was happier.

This was a great overnight stay on our way home as we have found with most Hampton Inns! Very comfortable and clean and friendly staff and has all the amenities.
