Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon

Spacious and well-organized room. Nice shower and bath tub. The design was very sweet. Breakfast surprised with a variety of choices, but again, some items were cheap options from the supermarket.

Frustrating to see that a five star hotel has a parking lot in the back near the laundry. The staff couldn't explain this fact politely, I was about to report a guy, who started screaming at us to park there. Overall, staff is professional, but It seems sometimes that you're working for them, some were rolling their eyes and were, I would say, snobbish. Don't get me wrong, I travel a lot and I have been to many places, but I expect the hotel of this level to be impeccable with it's worker's attitude.

the breakfast buffet was amazing the restaurant was great too the personnel very polite and helpful we had to leave early (5:30 am) to catch our flight home, the hotel has prepared for us some doggy breakfast bags to take with us, very appreciated! great location if you want to be near the airport and avoid traffic on your way there or back

the odour in the rooms/corridors - the windows cannot be open (there is an internal ventilation system instead), so you don’t get the fresh air in. But for a short-term stay, I did not care that much. This was largely compensated by the hotel’s qualities listed above.

Very pleasant hotel at excellent rate. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and nice big and comfy rooms. Staff helped us to reserve our preferred room during our 3 visits shortly after eachother. Also helped with booking a scooter that we used to go around the city. Will stay here again on a next Saigon visit (provided that the price levels remain the same)

The hotel bar was closed on our first visit. The hotel is a bit far from District 1. We knew this however, but if you are looking to visit District 1, it may be better to choose another place. Note though that a taxi ride is not too expensive towards the city center.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices. Vietnamese ice coffee at this location is a must try. We also love the paintings displayed in the restaurant. Excellent location-not far from the airport yet far enough to be away from the busy and noisy traffic. The staffs are all awesome. They would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy. Shout out to TRI at the front desk for being very helpful, pleasant, courteous, caring and always ready to help with a smile. We took his advice for a day trip to Vung Tau as well as the tours in Ha Noi & Ha Long bay and had a great time.

The window needs to be cleaned for a clearer view, but overall, the hotel meets it's 5-star class

We loved the ambience and the our room with the view which the staff had kindly given us. We loved the complimentary bed for under 16( this was a major deciding factor for us to cancel booking with another hotel and rebook our second stay-15-16 September) Even on top yesterday we checked out at 10 am and had some Saigon tours. The hotel looked after our luggage and were very courteous. We came back and used the WC in the lobby and then head off to airport. Really a good hotel

everything was very nice except the elevators. I was quite concerned because there's noise and sometimes seems like going to stop working. I experience the elevator malfunction one time. I stayed on the 6th floor and I pressed floor 6. there was only me in the elevator, then it shows some weird sound and a little bounced before opening at 5th floor. no one was there... so I jumped out and waited for another one instead. A few days after, that elevator went under maintenance so I knew then something was definitely wrong with that one.

A very warm welcome from the staff. Even when checking out had the warmest goodbyes. Great location was great as we were leaving early to catch a flight. Also, taxis are on standby so no stress and a fraction of the price instead of pre-booking.

The portion size of the chips was ridiculously small for the price paid. Ordered some by the pool side and it barely had one potato sized chips!!! Also it took over 30 mins to get drinks. Personally doing the bed to be too hard, but as it was only one night - it didn’t matter.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept by the staff. Location is very good with direct access to the main street and only 10 minutes away from the airport. Front desk staff was very happy and courteous

I would have highly appreciated if the kitchen staff would have helped prepared some variety in vegetarian breakfast options, especially since I had given an early heads up about my dietary restrictions and I was staying for 6 nights.

This hotel is truly top notch, with all the amenities you would want for a two or three night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I could even get western TV channels, not an easy feat in Vietnam. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet.

I don’t think I can come up with anything that I didn’t like. Since this is a 5 star hotel, you are going to pay more. The payment process was a bit confusing—they had to run my credit card multiple times at check-in and check-out. Would have been nice if I could have just paid in advance.

Although not the most "modern" hotel, the ambiance is one of comfort and quality. Friendly and quick check in. Our deluxe 35sqm room provided plenty of space with a very comfortable king size bed and the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on. Breakfast buffet could not be faulted, great choice @ quality Pool area well kept with loungers and umbrellas and a well equipped Hotel gym. Would book here again.
