The front desk, housekeeping, and security personnel were kind, courteous, and very professional during my extended stay. The breakfast was tasty and the ice coffee was excellent. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is walkable and very safe. I stayed at the hotel for 21days (extended from 14 days). The view was spectacular and the location allowed for restful sleep.

Spacious room for a relatively low price. Good location - close to the airport and some of tourist attractions (in a 3km range there is a War Remnants Museum, Bitexco Financial Tower and infinite amount of restaurants, coffee shops and bars). Overall good and comfortable stay.

The room was slightly dated and will require at least cosmetic repair in the nearest future. There is a small kitchen in the room but kitchen appliances are not available in the room and should be requested in reception which I find a bit strange.

I came here for a 1 week period business trip. Location is nearby city center, you can arrive down town within 30 mins. Around the hotel there are many shops that can can visit for eating or buying gorceries. Reception staffs are amazing, speaking good english, also helpful. There are several menus for breakfast, all of them are ok. It would not be boring for a week staying. A good experice.

Shower water temperture is difficult to control, it is either too hot or too cold.

Great location. Very near to the market with great places to eat. Jason on the reception was so helpful. Extremely welcoming and super friendly. Gave us tips where to eat etc, helped and accommodated us when we decided to stay extra night. Nothing is a problem for him, does his utmost to make you feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time i stayed in the hotel. Great location, with a pharmacy, supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The room were clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ho chi minh city.

If you don't order the breakfast the night before, you cannot have it in the morning

- I am a typical hard sleeper coming to new places but the room is more than what I expected. All clean bed sheets, blankets, pillows with a comfy smell. Simple modern room design with enough furniture. - Got a kitchen area but with no kitchenwares so I don't think it is of that much value if you just stay overnights. - First time staying alone myself but the staff is all fine to me, secured feelings are important ahahah

- The small diner in the lounge is not working during my stay - The room should have the instruction or brochure of the room or hotel, I wanted to call the reception through the room telephone but didn't know how to since there is no instruction?

Jason on reception was fantastic, so friendly kind and helpful and very cheerful every time we met him. He helped us whenever we had a question. Just a great guy. Very quiet at night so good sleeps. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Location is perfect. Very quite but still close to Center and the District is really cool. You have some local, fancy places but also street food around. Hotel was clean and beds are super comfortable. Staff - especially I want to mention Jason - is very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised that their English is really good ;). Thank you!

Good location and room size are more spacious compared to other hotels of the same price.

They dont serve food in the restaurant except breakfast only but you have to reserve it the night before

The staff especially Jason were friendly with great English. The hotel itself was big with lots happening so it made me feel safer, plus a decent location. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was enclosed so no water everywhere. Windows opened!
