Nhat Ha 1 Hotel

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and clean. Towels and linen changed every day, and water, tea, and coffee replenished daily The bed was super comfortable. My room was on the 5th floor facing the street, however I could not hear the traffic which was fantastic. The location was very central to all of the tourist sites. Right next to the markets. I used motorcycle transport via GRAB to get around. Never had a problem. All the drivers were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely and had a great view from the 12th floor. A variety of options are available, and eggs cooked as ordered. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Excellent location - easy to walk to tourist sites in District 1. Room was clean and in accord with pictures. I chose to stay in a Superior Queen Room with no window. The room was quiet except for very occassional noise from other guests in the corridor. It was the only hotel in Vietnam where I did not need ear plugs. The buffet breakfast mostly catered to Asian tastes, but there were still enough vegetarian options for me (toast, cereal, fruits, eggs cooked to order). I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after I checked out.

I could not get the bedside lamp to switch on, but this was a very minor issue.

Great hotel, would defiantly stay again. Perfect location right near Ben Tan market. The staff were very helpful. I have quite a few allergies and the manager of the breakfast bar went above and beyond to cater for me. Every morning I was told which foods were Ok for me to eat, making our stay so much easier not stress about having a reaction. We chose to stay in a windowless room, we did not regret this choice as it was a nice change being so quiet (no traffic noise). We checked out and continued our trip around Vietnam, to return back to Australia we had to leave via Hochi Min on a late flight. The hotel kindly let us place our bags in their lobby and they were safe for the day, freeing us up to shop at the markets.

The location was great with just around 100mtra walkable to Ben Thanh market which was our preference. Room was spacious with nice view to the busy streets.

Breakfast didn't have much varieties with many local foods containing pork. So we had to restrict ourselves to Bread, eggs and deserts daily.

The location is close to Ben Thanh Market, major shopping centres and other attractions. The staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant waitresses) are friendly and very helpful. Reception staff Ms Emma Cam Ngoc help us to rebook rooms for our sister and recommend private transport for us to visit Vung Tau. Staff from the restaurant are also very friendly and helpful, looking after us well.

Nothing in particular. Just in a couple of occasions we ran out of toilet tissue paper and shower gel, but hotel staff quickly resolve that. Breakfast is adequate and could be better if certain type of Vietnamese traditional dishes like Bun Bo Hue, Banh Nam are made available. We stayed at Nhat Ha 1 from 12-19 Nov and then from 23 Nov to 1 Dec 2023 so I guess we were a little picky with breakfast.

The location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to the Ben Thanh market and Saigon square market. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by as well. Museums also within walking distance. Staff here were super friendly and we actually extended our stay here by three more days, great value for money as well. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay so not sure about how good their breakfast is! Room was cleaned daily, all amenities replaced regularly too which was great. Decent water pressure which is something hard to come by we've found! Air con was fantastic, kept us nice and cool and was very welcomed after a day in the heat. They included an adapter for english plugs and also a hairdryer in the room and also hotel slippers which were great. Quiet room as well considering how busy the streets are.

The bed was super creaky, the slightest movement was so loud and woke either me or my partner up depending on who moved so be wary of that. Also slightly annoying you can't open the windows and to smoke you have to go to the entrance of the hotel. Their card machine was also faulty and we ended up having to pay cash, they also do not accept American Express even though on the booking.com information it says they do.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I also liked the location. The hotel was very close to Ben Thanh Market as well as many restaurants which made it easy to get around.

I thought that the breakfast could be improved. A Western breakfast option would be nice. For example, adding yogurt, granola, and different types of cereal. The Wifi was sometimes good and sometimes not. Also, the hot water was too hot! It needs to be adjusted.

Excellent location within walking distance of most attractions. We love the buffet breakfast on the top floor with views of the city and the service is great!! We were very impressed by the hotel manager. He tries very hard to please their guests. We had a very good stay. Many thanks!!!

I like because all the stuff was very friendly,the hotel is very clean 👌 the breakfast was so many varieties I wish I could stay longer but definitely in June next year I'm going back.

Because was closer with everything Ben Thanh Market , shop ,clean , friendly.

We liked the location. It is walking distance from everything in District 1. I would happily stay here again when I return to HCMC. Staff made us feel very welcomed and the service from all staff (across all departments) was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Thanks to everyone for a top class stay!
