Wow. What a fantastic experience. Was a little unsure after some reviewer said some negative comments. But my experience was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff from the management, to the breakfast staff and such a positive cleaning team. Nothing was too much hard work to make my experience the best it could be. This was a birthday celebration for my partner and the room was clean, spacious, modern and everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say. The breakfast was small but a perfect selection of traditional Vietnamese foods. Great selection of drinks in the mini fridge. Free tea and coffee in room and plenty of water needed after walking around the hot city. Great location in district 1, plenty of places to eat and see. Thank Ms. Nale for all your help. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Tommy Nung and Nula! Let me leave luggage while I went away for a night and no charge, parked outside and felt totally secure as they chain up guests bikes at night and in the daytime they have a watchman! Breakfast was good, fried eggs, toast, coffee, juice, fruit and some noddle soup! TV had a few English speaking channels too, including 3 movie channels! Great location, a stones throw from Ben Tanh market. Rooms were clean, no complaints there, Nung the friendly cleaner lady does an awesome job and works really hard and always with a smile on her face!

The hotel is in the centre of district 1 within 5 minutes walk from the local Ben Thanh Market. This market is great for shopping for memorabilia, dry fruits, coffee, tea and fresh fruits.There is an over 100 years old Hindu temple for Mariamman near by. Lots of eateries and shops are nearby too . An excellent but a bit expensive coffee hotel at the corner is a minute away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a safety combination safe in the room and one can lock passports and valuables in these lockers and thus avoid the worry of losing them. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. They do speak passable English. However, the cleaning and restaurant staff hardly speak any English.

The breakfast was not great. I have stayed in other hotels in this country where breakfast has been excellent. The shower cubicle is a bit cramped. The streets around the hotel have a lot of hawkers and shops where the store personnel try to invite you in. But, when one is aware of the challenges of meeting living costs in this country for the local people, it is understandable. To their credit a polite smile and a nod or guesture to say "no" is usually accepted.

The location of the hôtel is ideal close to Ben Tranh market without the inconvénients The family rooms are huge and the beds very confortable It s clean . It s a small family hôtel and the staff is very helpfull for any problem; téléphone, taxi, change money, left lugage Between 2 Travels and keeping good in fridge plus a balance for the lugages The chef receptionnist Mme NA LE is the one who is responsable for all this small World ; an excellent professional; kind and full of advices

The hôtel should deserve some rénovations like italian showers and breakfast continental warmer with ham or bacon

This place was AWESOME for the price. They treated my family so well. Gave my mother and father a free room upgrade out of kindness, had nothing to do with booking or rooms available. They just wanted them more comfortable. Highly recommend this place the location was great too

Breakfast was good but a little crowded. If you stay here I recommend going early not waiting until the last 10mins like we did. It’s our fault not theirs. Food changes everyday so that’s good. So 0 complaint this is just more like a tip for those reading.

At first I had hesitations booking at Rosa Hotel & Spa. My expectations was low, but it all changed the minute we stepped inside Rosa. The staff are very welcoming and helpful especially to the very cheerful Ms. Nale and Mr. Tommy. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was ok.. just enough and not to fancy. But the coffee was great. In conclusion, we had a great stay at Rosa Hotel & Spa.

I did not expect a 5-star accommodation. Nothing much to complain. All went ok.

Hotel is situated in the very center of District 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants and interesting spots to walk explore. You can find the notable Independence palace in just 300m away.

Breakfast was quite poor - few things to eat really, could have been better. There was always water on the floor after I took a shower.

The hotel Owner are really friendly....When i stay here, i can feel that it looks like to stay at my home with a true Family..The Room is really clean with enough well-furnished...around this Hotel, you can look for a lot of restaurants with delicious Food and good Quality...and specialy, you can have one Beer Club on this Street, it is just 70meter from the Hotel, close to the Hotel, you can also have a Coffee Bar with good music and good drinking...Finally, it is really convenient for me to stay here....I will come back and book this Hotel again......You can try to see what i have the evaluation for this Hotel......Thank you....My name is Nghia Tan Do, nick name Leonard. Staying at Rosa hotel and spa was our second experience and will soon be our third The hotel's location is strategic, walking distance to shopping centers, culinary and close to tourist areas The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. the property is very reasonable priced. it is centrally located. just a quick walk from where Bus 109 drops off from the airport, easy walk to the markets and other attractions. Excellent breakfast especially if you enjoy Vietnamese food. staff are helpful and replenish water and towels daily. AC works well and water is hot!

Bathtub has rust stains and chipped but other than that , you can’t go wrong if you stay here a few days
