We really liked the location (the only true beachfront property) and the pool was gorgeous, large and kept very clean (with full time attendant). You must get into their Bungalows (or “Villas”) they are newer and are much nicer than their two floor or even the taller building (not sure they even use this anymore). They are old and not good inside, even with the ocean view! Service was very good and fast. Also, plenty of security around the good sized grounds.
Luckily our A/C in the main building where front office is located did not work, so they offered us one of their “Villas”. I would call it a bungalow (had about 25-30 of these) If you’re driving, you can even pull your car right up alongside. The restaurant on the property was not great. We tried for dinner, were disappointed, so did not even try their breakfasts, but the facility looks nice and may do a good job of something simple as that. Friendly, responsive staff!!

The beautiful view of the sunrise every morning! The sound of the ocean from my room. The easy access to the ocean and salt water pool. The exceptional service by all the staff and restaurant crew!
The Resort is exceptional! The clean up crew on the beach works very hard and diligently every day. Even through this constant clean up measures, the tide still brings in plastic garbage. Please encourage the guest to be proactive and bring all the plastic they take to the beach back to the trash bins provided. Signs to remind guest of thus policy may help us save our planet! The beds could use more comfortable mattresses. The foam is too then and it feels like you are sleeping on the wood frame.

Why the security guard is always sitting outside, in front of the guest's room? This is the third time happening on my stay at Hai Duong Intourco. It makes very uncomfortable for the guests because of the privacy issue.
