Excellent location and staff were courteous, friendly and competent. Room well appointed with everything good quality and working properly.
Only issue was the weather in the morning which meant breakfast capacity was too low for the number of guests. HOwever, the staff fielded things well and the breakfast was good once we got to it.

when i made the booking, i asked to charge my Visacard since i would not come myself, but my wife would come. i have got a message that payment would be done upon arrival and i repeated that, since i will not come myself, to charge my Visa in advance, which has been confirmed in an answer from the hotel. At the end, nothing was done and my wife had to pay upon arrival. not a very big issue thus but i feel somehow ignored.

when I contacted the resort via booking, they said they didnt have room for drivers. when I checked in, the reception offered us driver room with low price but we already booked another hotel for our driver

Although quite, the location is still visually penalised by the very busy maritime transit close to coast of big container ships and cargos. Transportation to town center is only by taxi and often required more waiting time for pickup than expected.

The room was beautiful, the views were amazing, the pool was excellent. Friendly staff and really easy check in and check out.
Only 2 out of the 3 restaurants were open and the bar was shut. At no point were we told this during booking. The food in the SOI restaurant was really very bad; both the a la carte menu and the breakfast buffet. For the price of the hotel, the food should all be excellent but it just tasted old and not fresh

Excellent location, right next to the ocean and you can hear the wave sound all day and night, very relaxing especially when it was raining too.
We checked-in late in the evening but the check out time is quite strict, would expect compliment late checkout at 2pm instead of 12.30pm.
