I really liked my ladies room, air-conditioned, respectful people, nice beds, fridge in room and bathroom. I liked that they have this lovely swimmingpool (it is not for cooling down though, Darwin waters are warm). One specific staff member is soo lovely!

The ladies room is right next to the bar area outside of the security gate. I didn't have any problems but just know this and that there is music every evening until 22:30 but nice music! The blinds have a thick dust layer :/.. The kitchen is not the most inviting but it serves its purpose:)

Location. Comfort of bed. Cleanliness of room. Atmosphere of pub. Great beer garden and live music. Loved the drag queen bingo.

Very little space to put belongings. Example small bedside table with huge lamp taking up all the space. Could have better furniture that provides space to put things without taking up more space. Stayed for 13 nights and couldn't unpack. Also didn't like that the industrial bins were emptied very early every morning right outside our room.

Room is so big and no bunkbeds. Good kitchen facilities and a nice pool. Staff is friendly & helpful. I like the live music every night. And the Restaurant makes good fries

Construction work noise during the day. The bathroom is really dirty. I stayed 5 nights in the girls dorm and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly once. It think the shower & floor wasn't even touched by the staff. Also they should vacuum more often and clean out the fridge. Also the fridges in the kitchen are so dirty and full with old things.

The location was perfect! Not too far that you had to drive but far enough that the sounds of a Friday night in Darwin isn’t affect your sleep! It was good value for money and the staff were really friendly. There was a live band playing and the atmosphere was nice towards the end of the night.

A lot of the rooms don’t have windows. They’re internal to the building. That’s the one I got and while it was still a decent room, it was weird not having a window. Also the shower was very outdated. It did what it needed to but just the “open plan” style bathroom with a shower curtain was an odd touch.

Everything! The food at the restaurant was RIDICULOUSLY good. I’m fairly sure they have a 5-star chef hiding out. Location = amazing. Walk to the waterfront. Staff = went above and beyond and were awesome. Pool = clean and blue and scrumptious. Beer Garden and live music = fun

Maybe don’t stay if you don’t like noise! They had live music every night - and we stayed on Monday - and ppl at the pub every night. But it’s a good atmosphere and we didn’t mind. The rooms are basic, but very clean and overall great place to stay.

The staff and pub employees are awesome! Especially Joy Joy!

I would recommend that the hotel install dead bolts on the doors like Holiday inn or Hilton hotels. I unfortunately had my room broken into. I had to go through allot of red tape to get my passport back from the Australian consulate and to get out of the country. But other then that I would say there’s always a bad dead lying in wait to make you have a bad day.

Our room was away from the pool so noise not too bad. The hotel location was 5 out of 5 for us. Air con great - room lovely and clean and spacious. bed very comfortable.

We were mildly apprehensive when arriving and hearing the noise (8.30pm) but this ceased promptly at 10 so all was well. Carrying suitcases up stairs was resolved by nice bloke we called to reception. We over 80's. The only complaint is out of your control - the extreme heat! But the air con resolved that issue in the room.

The location is in the CBD and the pool is fantastic. The TV is a smart TV as well which is a nice touch. The linen was new and clean.

The bathroom could use some renovations and it would be nice if we could choose between rooms, the internal room I had was quite dark, even with the skylight. Choose an external room not facing the restaurant, it will be quieter and at least you get some sunlight.

OMG there is every product a lady could want in the bathroom off the dining room. You would not believe it 20 products or so whatever we may need or like it is there. 10 points for doing this - I have never seen anything like it before - how thoughtful and caring. The ladies on arrival are fun. They really give out a great vibe and are ever so helpful. Your room is ready and cool upon arrival. The food is great - and so too all the service staff. I will be defintely staying here again and recommending others to do so if in town.

Nothing - great place.

The room was nice and spacious, we were on the first level overlooking the pool. We were very happy with the room allocated to us and the pool was lovely to dip into with plenty of clean "pool" towels available for our use. There is live music there most evenings so if you want a quiet holiday do not book a room near the pool area. We didn't mind it at all as the outdoor music finished at 10pm so did not disturb our rest at all. The staff who clean and refresh the rooms were very polite and extremely hard working. The bar is convenient and the availability to eat there and watch any sport was also good.

The smoking area in the outdoor undercover bar area. There are tables allocated for smokers but quite often the smokers would just light up where ever they were. This was a bit off putting whilst trying to eat.
