Brighton Hotel

really good location. just a block away from the sea. easy bus connections to Sandgate for trains into Brisbane. room was nicely laid out and well stocked. staff were happy to help with extra tea/coffee etc. WiFi was great. meals in the hotel were tasty and well-priced. room service was quick and easy at no extra cost.

the door into the shower was quite small. didn’t open all the way. was fine for us, but anyone a little larger would have struggled. also the fridge kept freezing stuff. I adjusted the temperature dial, but it didn’t seem to make any difference. slight shortage of power sockets, but I always travel with extension cords anyway.

The price was exceptional value for money. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of rooms and the hotel itself. The staff were very accommodating and helpful offering top notch customer service with a smile. We opted for lunch - The meals were served quickly, in large portions and quite tasty. As well as the bar , The bottle shop was attached to the hotel which was very handy. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation. Thank you Brighton Hotel

There was very little to dislike but I did note that Check in took a little longer than expected. There seemed to be a little disorganisation with paperwork but considering the barmaid had many duties at hand this was not a huge issue. My cousin and I were travelling together - upon check in we were allocated rooms on seperate floors therefore I did have to request rooms next to each other. I would have assumed that this could/ should have been offered seeing we had booked two rooms and were travelling together but none the less they were happy to assist upon requested.

Location was excellent near our friends and family and easy access to Brisbane. Room was comfortable, water was hot and good pressure and amenities were adequate. Parking was excellent. Very satisfied with our stay and will attempt to book again.

Found other peoples socks under bed along with some other small rubbish. Microwave was moved to shelf which revealed mould on top of fridge. Noise from patrons of gaming facility and restaurant at late hours.

Everything about this stay was great. The room we were in was equipped with everything you could want or need, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and plates, bowls and mugs. there was cold water and chilled glasses in the fridge. The bathroom was presented nicely and was clean. The room was presented nicely as well and also clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The parking was also great; very big and spacious. Definitely stay here again!

Quiet,comfortable,clean, good staff. Allowed early arrival without hesitation. Fridge temperature too cold, wine partially froze whilst out during afternoon and evening. Reduced the temp overnight but wine frozen in morning. Reduced temperature again and advised staff who said they would monitor.

Reception desk difficult to find.

Stayed because it was nearby the Brisbane Entertainment Center for a concert, there's a bar directly below us and several shops around the area. The checking in was easy and straightforward. The place is pretty cosy too.

Toilet could be cleaner and there was someone smoking in the next room, we could smell it from the toilet.

Good hotel, good experience in general. Accomodated our arrival time. Dinner and service was good.

Cleaning service kicked out of our roome quite rudely - although it was check out time, however i was on the phone with my USA bank because my credit card was locked. It was essential to finish that phone call. I would have appreciated a little bit of flexibility.

The Brighton hotel is the perfect location for myself and I always enjoy the friendly staffs, it’s the best value for money in this area!! I have never been disappointed and I will keep my bookings of minimum 3 times a year.😀

Convenient comfortable suited our needs well. Staff were absolutely lovely

The leak in the toilet end of the bathroom!! The bathroom steamed up terribly with hot water use b/c of no exhaust fan. The front door was missing a screw and made it difficult to open. The fridge froze our drinks!!!

The property is in a great location. Easy 5 min walk to the water. Plenty of off street parking. Came fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, iron and ironing board. Cutlery and some crockery.
