Chermside Court Motel

I liked the garden, the style, the privacy (room service wasn't every day, I enjoy not having people in my room everyday and having my space while I'm out. I like the casualness of the staff and ease. The location was handy, the parking was good, but it was busy and did park further away on Friday night.

I guess the risk of forgetting a dish and risking being given an extra fee. I used the towels quicker then expected, maybe an extra in the room could have been good incase?

Was nice room quite comfortable More like a guest house than a motel. Large area outside room and a balcony in that area also. Mattress was good Pillows were good Shower was good Balcony attached to room. Views - street view 10 minute walk to chermside shopping centre. Hill could be a challenge if your older.

Street noise until around 9pm cant do much about cars in a city.

I recommend the Chermside Court Motel for anyone wanting a quiet stay. It’s proximity to the Prince Charles Hospital is excellent. The staff are brilliant when dealing with people who are going to and from the hospital. I was able to extend my stay which was a great relief as you never know what can happen when you have family who are critically ill at the hospital.

A very Clean room with all the amenities needed for our stay. The location fantastic, walking distance to Chermside Westfield and other shops and eating places in nearing surrounds..including public transport if guests should require such despite we didn't :) plenty of on street parking available overnight (though be aware of daily parking permitted on signs) in but as well as the hotels own private parking space that hasn't got covering if height of vehicles need consideration. :) The staff were really friendly and helpful and we appreciated that immensely so. Facilities included microwave,bar fridge and kettle.

To be honest the overall facility is great however unfortunately during our stay we had very disrupted sleep, well evening and early morning due to the neighbouring guests/tenant who were very loud and slamming the balcony door, talking so loudly we could hear all conversation and playing music which lead us to establish they were clearly on drugs or something. We should have said something but only staying two evenings we decided not to for the staff were amazing and merely chose to book elsewhere afterwards rather than seek to extend our stay...where going to work not tired was more important at the time. This is therefore not a hotel or staff issue at all rather than one about a guest who may not even be there now for all we know. The bed was ok, but not the most comfortable.

great location right near chermside shopping center quick service when checking in. big rooms nice to see fridge in Lobby where can buy drinks and water at convinace

noisy kids in other rooms . prices could have been cheaper for style of place 1 spring broken in mattress needed replacement

Deslie on reception was fantastic very helpful excellent check-in, all paperwork correct, pre booked on Booking. Com. Room was very clean, bed near new and very comfortable. Very quiet reverse cycle air conditioning quiet and functional (warm). WI-FI easy to connect. I can only comment on my experience and I was very happy with my stay. I would stay again and would recommend to Family and Friends.

Only one bedside table, limited onsite car parking. I am disappointed that there many negative reviews dating back two years which nearly put me off booking. I think that reviews should be limited to about 12 months to be fair to the property. They are being unfairly judged because of someone venting two years ago.

It was very close to where I had just moved out of my house, I was exausted after the removalists had been & I had cleaned the house. The gentleman at the reception desk was so welcoming & helpful, room was old & a bit tired but clean & comfortable. I would recommend it for the price & proximity to Chermside & the hospital.

Bed was a bit hard, but that is just a personal choice I think.

I booked this for my NDIS client and the staff have been so accommodating! My client struggles with communication and engaging with others and she has felt so comfortable at this motel. It is in a good location that is close to the shopping centre and public transportation.
