Mid City Luxury Suites

The apartment was spacious, clean and most comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen facilities in particular. Woolworths was a short distance away which was highly convenient for groceries. The Aquarium, Art Gallery and Lagoon area were a comfortable walk away from the apartment and Rusty's Market close by in the next street. The rail station was a short walk away, convenient for the Spirit of Queensland and Karanda trains. The manager was most welcoming and helpful. We'd happily stay here again. Great value for the money.

There was an issue with the apartment 2 days before we arrived. The Property Manager was prompt in calling to inform about the situation and went beyond to help us look for alternate accommodation for 1 night before they could offer us a different configuration for our stay with them. He also went the extra mile to collect our bags from the other accommodation and came in after hours to help us check in. Thanks for all the effort made to make our trip an enjoyable one.

The kettle in one of the apartments was a little used.

Good accommodation. Good for couples. Easy walk to town and opposite a big shopping centre. Good size room. Everything you'd need was provided

Nothing really. I'd probably have a smaller coffee table so you aren't walking around it to get onto the deck. I used the sofa bed. It wasn't great. But I knew that. That's why I think our room was better for couples than 2 singles. Or twin room would be good or a rollaway bed might of been better than sofa. Food for though. Very well located opposite Cairns Central mall and Railway. 4 blocks from the Esplanade. The owner and manager always available and ready to help in a very friendly way. Secure parking under the apartment. Friendly efficient staff. Good price for an accommodation with some years but working fine and comfortable. The ratio price/apartment makes it Ideal also for longer stays.

Roy and Phillip, my two hosts were fabulous and always ready for a chat, sharing information and giving tips. I could not have asked for a better location, almost everything was in walking distance. Although the apartment is not modern, it is very adequate with everything you need. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Great location in a handy part of Cairns. Guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There is a mall directly opposite which was good. Train station is also right there. Great value for money - perfect if you're on a budget and just want to do the touristy stuff!

Hot water system was in the bedroom for some reason and made a dripping noise that was a bit annoying at night. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which I don't think was us. The front door lock was changed during our stay which meant we had to wait for the intercom when we wanted to get back in - the new keys took a while because it was during Christmas. Bit frustrating, but the guy at the desk was friendly about it ☺️

It was conviently within walking distance of anywhere. We could park our car safely in the hotel parking . The manager was very helpful and it was just in the right location. Cairn Central shopping centre was just across the road too.

The stairs it was too much too for us oldies 😂 lugging our luggage up and down and the bed was just uncomfortable 😣

location was terrific, so central and made things very walkable. owners were super friendly and great communication from booking onwards. good facilities and great for a family

pool area could've used a facelift but honestly we didn't have much time to use it

Perfect place to stay in Cairns for our group from Sydney for New Year celebrations. Short walk across the road for supplies, close to a number or bars, restaurants & the boulevard. All the apartments are well equipped, clean & comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool to cool off at the end of the day. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with changes due to flight cancellations & delays. Highly recommend staying here.

i like everything in the property.. nothing bad i can say about the place.. the owner was very accomodating and welcoming, the place is superb not pricey.. my two room apartment is very cleaned and modern style.. with washing machine and drier…everything you need is there its like home away from home..
