In summary, my experience with the booking exceeded my expectations on every level. The attention to detail in providing excellent WiFi, thoughtfully designed lighting, well-stocked kitchen utensils, premium toiletries, and ample towel service made this apartment an absolute gem. I highly recommend Apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. It's a testament to the commitment to quality and guest satisfaction that sets it apart from the rest. I will undoubtedly choose same property for my future travels without hesitation.

nothing all was perfect

A one-bedroom apartment with separate lounge room and window doors/balcony. The kitchen was roomy enough for cooking a few meals. The bathroom also had laundry facilities. Good location for walking around the main streets of Cairns and returning to apartment in-between (e.g., lunchtime, pre-dinner). Manager was not on-site but promptly replied to my message (re using garage for last night of our stay).

A few extras were missing in kitchen (tea towel, dish cloth). Also, laundry sink plug was missing. The crockery was chipped so definitely needs to be replaced. The interior of apartment looked a bit tired (compared to the fresh white paint on exterior) but that is probably reflected in the current price! Some areas could have been a bit cleaner (e.g., some kitchen utensils in cupboard had not been checked for cleanliness after previous guests checked out).

The apartment was fantastic and catered to all the needs we had while visiting Cairns! The location was great with the big shopping centre around the corner as well as restaurants and bars in walking distance. They were also able to extend our stay by an additional night on short notice which made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you!

There were works going on in the centre courtyard and at the rear by the swimming pool and it wasn’t clear if the pool was open.

Location - in town, able to walk everywhere- including to the marina - handy if you are going on a day trip to GBR. Secure undercover parking and also secure access to apartment. Nice and quiet. Doors to the bedroom can be closed for sleeping if the other person wants to stay up. Has washing machine and dryer but dryer did not work. Manager friendly and helpful.

Checking in is a bit troublesome. You have to go to the safe to get your keys and remote control to gain access to carpark. Access from carpark to apartment involves some stairs.

There were so many things to like about this property from our perspective. The room layout made it feel like home. Self contained including W/M & Drier. The apartment is not serviced which allowed us to feel 100% comfortable. We were able to wash our towels and bedding as required. Extremely quite. We were given the pleasure of being able to check-in at 7am by Lei who was so great in every aspect of our 8 day stay. Thank you.

Everything was perfect

clean, large lounge area with balcony, kitchen stocked with necessary implements for cooking. Bathroom/ laundry a good size. free container of soap powder. pool clean and refreshing. Non contact entry actually worked. reasonably priced, given facilities. close to esplanade land airport.

No tea, coffee, milk, or cold water supplied. I requested a second bed to be made up, but this was not done, so I slept on the trampoline bed without linen. broken light switch for bathroom.

Loved the decor, and especially loved the internal shuttered glass window into the big bathroom. The apartment has given me some improvement ideas for a place I own in Townsville!

Next time, I'd like to try a lower floor. The stairs are quite challenging for elderly people. Beyond that, no problems.

Nice leafy outlook from balcony, good location, air conditioner in each room, laundry facilities including powder and hanging racks

Undisclosed requirements: you have to empty your own bins to the basement car park or $50 cleaning fee, the place advertised sofa bed plus large double but then $25 for set up linen on sofa bed even though sofa bed and linen listed as inclusions. Key safe at check in code not provided ahead, had to call on arrival.

Good size apartment. Close proximity to CPAC concert venue & easy walk to Esplanade for dining & bars. Safe & secure underground on site parking at no extra charge.

Only green tea supplied & not much sugar. If we had known we would have brought some English tea bags & sweeteners with us. A lot of shops were closed due to the public holiday.

Location was walkable to main centre of Cairns. The price was very reasonable. The apartment was clean and effort made to make attractive. Newly painted.

The bed was not great. Suggest it needs replacing. The pillows were very light weight and soft. No hairdryer.
