I want to start with the staff: everyone from reception to housekeeping WERE AMAZING , so friendly, accommodating, professional and very polite! Great communication from the facilities, I arrived after the reception closed and the called me earlier to check in and explain the late arrival instructions and followed up with an email. I forgot a small ring and they called me immediately to let me know to pick it up ☺️ Thank you 🙏

🕷️ spiders and the backyard was very dirty we could not sit outside but we did enjoyed the communal sitting area next to the barbecue

I had the disabled room - was excellent. Rooms were very soundproof.

Only draw back were some dirty areas on the carpet. I have a B&B myself and windex cleaner sprayed on it for a few seconds - then a decent rub with a scourer, then a wet cloth to remove windex - than a dry cloth. All gone. I did not expect to see that. Was in several places. The booking in was somewhat convoluted. Two other couples arrived shortly after me. Instead of attending to me she tried to do us all the same time. !!!! Did not realize that the Restaurant was a seperate business. Caused booking confusion.For me.!

It was a lovely room. Lots of space and a courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We'd stay again.

These are minor and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like, but I'm a professional cleaner, so I'm a bit tough to impress. Unfortunately, some people rocked up at 11.30pm and thought it would be fun to talk loudly and slam doors and boots. Woke us all up. Be good if they had signs to remind people to keep it down after 10 or 11pm. A lot of people go to bed and wake early to play golf and go fishing.

the staff were super helpful and polite. we checked in late, around 7:45pm but they sent through the late arrival procedure early making it very easy. room was clean and all the amenities were provided. overall it presents as well if not better then in photos. parking was ample and very convenient, in a great location too. tucked away but only a 5 minute drive into town, with some cafes and stuff around.

internet was a bit hit or miss but ok most of the time. our door was a bit sticky but just required an extra nudge to make sure it was closed.

This was our surprise find using reviews on booking.com in the Mornington Peninsula. This hotel whilst not in any main area is a great find. The rooms are enormous, bedroom, separate lounge dining area and bathroom. The room also had microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Perfect hotel for a few nights if you have a car. They also have an onsite self-laundry room to wash/dry clothes. We thought this hotel was fantastic and would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly. If you like golf, the hotel is right next to the course and they have a club house to dine at however it was not open for dinner when we stayed.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The room was a very good size, well appointed and well set out.

We were disappointed that the connection between the golf course and room wasn't better and that we weren't able to drive the golf cart right to our door as we have in other places. It was also a shame that the restaurant wasn't open mid-week. Surprisingly there was no information in the room about the area, places to eat or even basic room requirements, which most accommodation has. Despite those minor things, we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in Single bedroom unit. The outlay is fantastic. Car Park outfront of unit. Bedroom/ kitchenette / TV (smart TV) seperated by a wall to, Shower/ Toilet/ Basin/ built in cupboards (very large for one person to store luggage clothing/ shoes- Seperated by wall to Living room very spacious with sofa, desk, lamp, heater to allow for work to be seperated from down time in bedroom. Courtyard facing onto lawn/ kept private from units next door by wall. Excellent accomodation especially for money- would normally expect to pay double for such facilities.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of unit was great ! The spa room we had was very comfortable and luxurious! The location was perfect as we walked to dinner and breakfast from our room . Very happy with our stay

Unfortunately the tiles on floor were very slippery and as my partner got out of spa he slipped and landed heavily on his side . Perhaps some extra bath mats or some rubber matting around spa could prevent this happening again.

Great location and a fantastic setup for our little family. We enjoyed eating at the country club and found it easy to visit local attractions like the enchanted adventure gardens and rosebud beach. The views of the golf club were lovely. The rooms were spacious and the staff friendly and helpful when I accidentally left an item behind in the room after checking out. Everything was very clean and fresh and nicely decorated and the private patio was nice to have. Our suite was nice and quiet and the car parking outside was convenient.

Lovely and quiet and central to where our extended family was staying. Comfortable large beds and good layout. Would stay again in future and highly recommend. Great restaurant on premises but didn't get a chance to try it due to family get togethers.

Gps sent us up to the clubhouse and wanted us to turn right which i don't think you can do. The turn is last left before the clubhouse and hidden by bushes. No sign that we could see either to warn us. Had to adk directions at the clubhouse.
