Ellard Bed & Breakfast

I've been coming here for the last 3 years on my week off and it is always immaculate, very clean and tidy, ALL THE TIME. Staff are a pleasure to deal with, my favourite part is they drive me to the airport when I'm flying out and pick me up when I'm coming in, it's close to the airport and Belmont Forum shopping centre is just down the road and shops, iga, chemist , bottle shop, pub and more just a 3 minute walk. Is very convenient. I recommend this air bnb to anyone. It is a bit expensive but so is everywhere else, however you do get quality accommodation and very clean.

To be honest, I have no complaints at all.

The owner is so friendly and very understanding. They even picked us up (in the rain) when we can't get a taxi, for a very little charge 😍. We got dropped off to the airport for a cheap charge. Everything is well prepared for us and very accomodating that is why we always love to stay here. You can even store ur vehicle in their locked garage for extra fee, at least u know it's safer than leaving it in an open parking space at the airport👍.

Easy check in, helpful staff, close to airport (take an Uber or use the property’s shuttle service - taxi was eye wateringly expensive given the proximity). Breakfast provided was simple but sufficient. Looks like a residential house from the street, I thought I’d gone to the wrong address!

Nothing, everything was great for an overnight stay between flights.

Stopped by on our last night in Perth to shorten the distance to the airport. Despite this, we were not disturbed by any aircraft noises. Premises were clean, had everything we needed for the night, including a cot for the toddler. Breakfast was self served (bread, cereal, milk juice) at the communal dining area which suited us and our toddler fine.

Slightly difficult to find at night. We had to stop our car to peer at the house numbers before locating number 6. However was just a minor point of anxiety. Once we rang the doorbell, the staff were immensely helpful and welcoming

Always enjoy staying at Ellard for more than a night. It is a comfortable, affordable homestay located near a bus route, shops are within walking distance, if not take a bus. In the home it is well appointed with breakfast included, space to chill in the area outside your room in the living areas.

I noted this stay, aircraft noise which I didnt notice my last stay, but not a continuous problem.

Great stay...very quiet. Lovely breakfast..a choice of toast or cereal with juice, coffee or tea. Very close to the shops, transport and Airport. The bathroom and shower had double sinks and shower heads. Big room and onsuite. Parking right outside on driveway.

Loved everything...

The friendly caretakers and staff, the breakfast and free-to-use kitchen. Hospitality is key, and they nailed it! Very polite and friendly and assisted me with all my queries! Also, very prompt response whenever needed, and breakfast was delish and bread provided very healthy! Morning toast and jam, together with cereal and milk standard, as others have reviewed too! Definitely will come back again (:

Not much, just that I did find a few small bugs on the outer quilt cover of the bed, but easily dealt with by removing the outer quilt cover. Can also consider having a two-way speaker to connect to the caretakers inside the premises, instead of having to call (: A pool will be nice, or at least a cemented portion of backyard with a with lazy deck chairs.

Basic shared house accomodation but very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Other guests were quiet and parking was great. Easy access to the airport and the B&B organise transport if required or you can simply take the bus which stops at the end of the road. Within walking distance of a shopping centre with fast food outlets. Cooking facilities are also available in the shared kitchen. Value for money in Perth.

Lovely little place to stay after a long flight. Easy to access from the airport either by Uber or public transport. Very comfy beds and clean bathroom

It got bright quite early in the morning (5am) and the blinds didn’t do much to block out any light so I was awake very early. Maybe some blinds to make the room darker would make it perfect but otherwise very lovely place

Room was great, had a very good night's sleep. Bathroom excellent, kitchen area good. All round service , polite and helpful staff. Met some interesting people, great environment for conversation. Right near the airport. I would use again if the coffee was better

The coffee is the lowest grade you can get. International roast belongs in soup kitchens. I would like to have had more options for breakfast. Stewed fruit, frozen berries, yoghurt.
